ok I'm back!!!
it's been about a month sense my last post. I'm doing good. i went thru the holidays with out gaining a lb. I was not over eating or craving any of the food, i went to my events and manage what i eat. I was always in control. I was out of the gym for 3 weeks but my energy levels never went out, thank God. Anyway is now the end of January and I'm back to the gym and my routine. I got on the scale and I'm at 163 which means a lost 2lb. so here i go again back on the train to reach my goal. Thanks for the support.
