I never went over 115lbs. in high school. After giving birth to my son (10 yeasr ago) i ended at 160lbs. and have not been able to get back, not even lower than 155 and this was after giving birth to my daughter 3 years ago. So here a go!!!!!!!
Starting weight back in may 185lb.
Weight before first phen pill 171lbs.
Is now dec. 14 and i'm at 166lbs.
My goal is to get down to 130lbs. as soon as possible!!!!!! Ok, ok in about 3-5 months.

Finish the course with encouragement from the friends and advice you will find right here. Nourish your body and do it with good-for-you foods and this will be the last time you will ever have to go on a diet. Doesn't THAT sound tempting? It sure does to me!

here i am on a monday morning, drinking my hot green tea and planing my day, i got some new ideas and a new workout plan.
I'm still at 166 lbs.

The weight will move, your body takes time to adjust and then will get going again.

ok, so yesterday went well, i had plenty of water, i was eating every 3 hrs. i ended up having 1300 cal. i did 10 min. of cardio and 35min. on my core.
I had a good night sleep, woke up full of energy and started all over again.

It is wednesday and i been keeping up with my routine. Yesterday I did 40 min. of cardio and i did my 1300 cal. I had another goodnight sleep. I was active all day, i only notice that by noon, i start feeling tire no matter how much i had to eat or drink and it last until around 3 or 4, then i get energy again, any comments on that?
