Ok,
so I have my fake phen, um I mean "herbal", I was eating like a total happy pig, but Wed will be my start over day.

I went on vacation so I took a diet break and do not feel bad for all of the junk I have ate the past 2 weeks.

Ya got to enjoy some times.

Well It's back to the food journal, watching my milk, soda and sugars.

Guess I will give this "herbal" stuff a real go since I bought so much of it, LOL.

Yeah, Girlfriend; you may as well give it a TOTAL try! My husband says you can't really rate something unless you use it the way you are supposed to use it. I was trying to use a glue without mixing it the 'correct' way and I judged it wrongly because of it. When I did it the right way..well, when HE did it FOR me the right way, it worked GREAT!
Start every day with breakfast, eat 5-6 times every day, 200 calorie each time, include protein each time you eat, eat volumous vegetables to fill up, no simple carbs; only whole grains, drink lots of water and 8 ounces before every mini-meal, write down every single thing you eat or drink....YOU CAN DO THIS, HON!! YOU CAN DO IT!! YOU CAN DO IT! YOU CAN DO IT! NOW, GO! GO! GO! DO IT! GO! GO!
