Here we go again... A Journal

Hello!

Well, my Dr's appointment went great yesterday! I had to go get my lab work done this morning and I should be getting my prescription tomorrow or Thursday. Crossing my fingers for tomorrow!

He prescribed me the 37.5 time release capsules. Anybody take this kind before? What time did you take it? I like to hear other people's experiences.

Yay for almost being on my weight loss journey!

Woo hoo so happy for you!!! I'd be taking them first thing in the morning if I were you. You do want them to wear off in time for you to sleep at night.. lol

Hurray! Today, then, should be the end of your first day. REPORT IN! REPORT IN!! I didn't even know they made 37.5 mg time released!!

The best time for me was about 9 am. Can't wait to hear how you are liking them!

Welcome to the forum and congrats on all that you have going on right now and the decision to loose the weight I have confidence that you can do it. Everyone here is great at supporting each other. These ladies have become like an extended family they will all welcome you with open arms and everyone is here for you when you need the extra motivation or just some one to vent too Good luck keep us updated

I couldn't sleep with phen and it was helpful to take it around 6 AM. But everybody is different.

Hopefully, you will start noticing reduction in appetite and increase in energy soon. Be ready to drink tons of water...

Hey, where'd you go? I'm dying to know how your appt went, too. Have you gotten the phen? Have you tried it yet. I took it for 6 months and loved that I had absolutely no cravings for food. I had to remind myself to eat something when my tummy started growling. It's like willpower in a bottle. Hope you have great results with it. Best of luck!!

Oops...I guess I'm so new at this that I don't know how to go to the end of the posts yet...silly me. Congrats on your prescription. I took the 37.5 as well and at first I cut them in half because I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to sleep...they say not to do that, though because it messes up the time release thing...eventually I just took one whole pill every other day and never had any problems. Best of luck with everything. What an exciting bunch of changes you have coming up!

Hey ladies! Sorry it took me some time to finally get back to my journal. The last couple of days have been kind of nuts...

Anyway... I picked up my prescription yesterday.

This stuff is fabulous! Oh, and Susan it's not time released. I dont know why the dr said it was. I had a feeling it wasn't going to be because no one ever talks about 37.5 being time released, but anyway, this stuff is great. It's working great for me. I took it yesterday around 1 and was able to sleep fine. I took it earlier today. Right now Im just playing around with it; trying to figure out when the best time to take it is.

Im so excited to be on this journey! And Im so excited that I know Im taking real phentermine! haha! I cant even bring myself to throw away the duds. $250 dollars... Ugg. Oh well, life goes on.
