Ok, so I just finished my hour on the bike and burned 400cals. Yesterday I only burned 355.. so go me..lol. I also did 100 crunches last nite and 150 today. Oh, and also while I was riding the bike today I moved my arms around and did different thigs to work them out.. man are they sore.
Earlier I ate subway with my hubby and I think I did good. Im not really sure on what is ok to eat. I had turkey and prov. cheese on wheat bread with let. tom. pickles, banana peppers, green onions and lite mayo. I got a whole and I only ate half and plan on eating the other half for dinner. That is prolly all the food I will eat for today.. bad I know, but I don't really have anything healthy here at the house. I am going to try go shopping tonite and get some healthy meals and snacks so I can keep up my calorie intake. How many cals should I be aiming for?? Oh and I am also on my 5th bottle of
water!! I normally can't even down one. Phen is great
So, Sat. is my hubby's xmas party and It would be great if I lose a few lbs b4 then so my outfit will look better on me
I keep looking at the picture from last years party and hate that I looked so fat( I was a couple weeks preggo and bloated) and I know this years pic will look just as bad.. Oh well, I am on my way to change the way I look and feel better about myself.
Oh, one last thing.. so the only pair of jeans I have that fit, have a hole in the crotch.. well the hole is getting bigger and bigger and I am not going to be able to wear them much longer. I have 4 new pairs of jeans I bought, but don't fit. I have been holding on to them hoping to lose weight. I prolly need to lose 15lbs or so to fit in them. I would really love to be able to wear them by new years!! So, wish me luck

journal.. I am a stay at home mom with no adult interaction all day.. so when I write on here I tend to ramble to get everything out that I want to tell someone, but can't. Ok, that's all
