I will tell my ancient chinese secret now.

Do you have a photobucket ? If not you can register for free and download your pictures off your computer into your photobucket.

If you have a photobucket Left click on the IMG CODE it should say copied Then paste it in the reply box. Select preview and see if it worked or if you need to resize the picture/pictures or not which photobucket has that option as well as many others. If all is well submit reply otherwise you can go to edit and make changes. I hope that helps some .

Thanks. I don't have time to do it now, b/c I'm on my laptop, but maybe when the kids take a nap I can get on the other computer and post some pics. Thanks again for helping me.. you are the best! Have a great Thanksgiving too

Your welcome just doing my job. Read your 6 ft 2. My DH is 6 ft 5 so my three children with him, oh boy, could be up to your height. I have two girl's and one boy with him. I'm 5 ft 3 so I figure my girlies will be around 5ft 7" inches but then again there are some girls on my Dh's father side that were over 6 foot. The best thing about it and I was greatful at marrying a tall man so my children would maybe be luckier then I, since I'm short and obsesity does run on my mom's side and being short. If I were 5 7" or taller I'd not ever had a weight problem or at least for most of my life. My children may have a better chance at being in a normal weight range since they will tower over me probably at 12 or 13.lol My three year old girl already looks like she's 5.lol Spice also said her 3 yr old was very tall and looked 5. She must be tall or her DH.

Ya, I'm tall and my hubby is 6'4. My son who turned 2 in June is already 40inchs tall. He seriously looks like he is 4! My little girl is 13 weeks and 2 weeks ago she was 24.5 inches and I can tell she has gotten longer. My son is in like th 98% for his age and height! He is tall and really skinny.. so is my lil girl. I hope they never have to worry about their weight.

I was skinny my whole life. When I was 19 I was about 145lbs and that was with out trying and eating like a pig. I was really really skinny. Right b4 I got preg. with my son I had lost my job and gained a lil weight, but when I got preg. I gained almost 60lbs!! Ugg.. ever since then I have struggled with my weight. I stay home and I eat all day and pretty much sit on my butt I mean I clean and play with the kids, but seriously I don't get much exercise during the day. I really want to lose this weight and keep it off. I have 4 new pairs of jeans that I can't fit into and my goal is to be able to button them b4 Jan. 1st. I only have one pair of jeans that fit me and they have a whole in the crotch.. and it's getting bigger, so I wont be able to wear them much longer..yikes. I HAVE to lose weight or I will be going around naked

It sucks that Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I have like 4 dinners to go to. I am going to try and watch what I eat and not eat as much as I would normally, but this will pretty much be my "last supper" before I start Phen, so I want to enjoy it somewhat. After that, it's going to be healthy food and hitting the gym. I would love to be down to 215 by new years.. not sure if I can lose 15-18lbs in a month but man that would be nice. I know they say not to lose too fast, but I need a big lose to get me motivated.

Ok, so I think I am done rambling.. I need to finish packing b/c I'm going out of town when the hubs gets off. I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving!!!

OK, so I got my phen yesterday and I am so pumped. I took half yesterday around noon and I took a whole around 8:45a. I ended up getting 90pills, which will last me for 3 months and will save me a ton on doc visits. I actually rode my stationary bike last nite for an hour! I was in shock. I am going to try and do it for an hour during nap time and also hit the gym for a while. I really want to see results this time around like I did last time. I know I am going to have to work hard to change my life style habits. I am even going to eat subway for lunch.. its def a good start for me.

As for Thanksgiving, I did OK. I only gained 2lbs.. not too bad for as much food as I ate. But from now on (atleast til xmas) Its hard core working out and eating better!! I will treat myself at xmas for all my hard work, but try not to go over bored. Well, the baby is crying so I gotta go.

Ok, so I just finished my hour on the bike and burned 400cals. Yesterday I only burned 355.. so go me..lol. I also did 100 crunches last nite and 150 today. Oh, and also while I was riding the bike today I moved my arms around and did different thigs to work them out.. man are they sore.
Earlier I ate subway with my hubby and I think I did good. Im not really sure on what is ok to eat. I had turkey and prov. cheese on wheat bread with let. tom. pickles, banana peppers, green onions and lite mayo. I got a whole and I only ate half and plan on eating the other half for dinner. That is prolly all the food I will eat for today.. bad I know, but I don't really have anything healthy here at the house. I am going to try go shopping tonite and get some healthy meals and snacks so I can keep up my calorie intake. How many cals should I be aiming for?? Oh and I am also on my 5th bottle of water!! I normally can't even down one. Phen is great

So, Sat. is my hubby's xmas party and It would be great if I lose a few lbs b4 then so my outfit will look better on me
I keep looking at the picture from last years party and hate that I looked so fat( I was a couple weeks preggo and bloated) and I know this years pic will look just as bad.. Oh well, I am on my way to change the way I look and feel better about myself.

Oh, one last thing.. so the only pair of jeans I have that fit, have a hole in the crotch.. well the hole is getting bigger and bigger and I am not going to be able to wear them much longer. I have 4 new pairs of jeans I bought, but don't fit. I have been holding on to them hoping to lose weight. I prolly need to lose 15lbs or so to fit in them. I would really love to be able to wear them by new years!! So, wish me luck

Oh and just a lil heads up to whom ever reads my journal.. I am a stay at home mom with no adult interaction all day.. so when I write on here I tend to ramble to get everything out that I want to tell someone, but can't. Ok, that's all

Ok, today is one week since I started phen, working out and eating better and I am down about 7lbs! It would prolly be a lil more, but I had 2 "cheat" meals this week. I did really well otherwise. I worked out everyday except for sunday. I am going to go do my measurements really fast b4 I forget.. hold on OK, I have lost 6 inches.. mostly in my midsection

I feel like I have worked super hard this week and I hope I can keep it up. I am learning to find better things to eat and pushing myself to work out. Like last nite I really wanted Taco Bell, so I ordered off the Fresco Menu, which have less cals and fat. The Fresco Taco I had tasted awesome!

I think I am starting to come down with something b/c my throat hurts soo bad and my head feels stuffy.. I am going to try and make it to the gym, but I think it's supposed to snow today, so it all depends on the weather. I will however do the bike for atleast an hour, plus my 150 crunches and leg lifts. My hubby is supposed to be getting the hand weights out of the garage for me so I can start using those.

My goal this week is to lose 5lbs and get to 218, by next tuesday. I really want to reach my goal, so I'm going to try and work really hard and not have any cheat meals.

Well, I think I am going to try and ride the bike for 30 mins while my baby is taking a nap.
