And while I am here... do you have any tips as to how I can get my lazy butt back into walking... the mind is willing but the body seems to have gone on strike!

Hi Anissa - 190.8 is fantastic - It will be 188 by next week, just you wait and see!

2.25miles in 30 mins sounds good to me - it's been so long since I got on a treadmill I can't even imagin doing it

As for Hooters, correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that a bar guys usually go to to watch young ample-busted girls walk around with very little on or have I made that up?

Oh no Miss Em, you are correct! LOL

My daughter(no where near ample!) worked there for many years so needless to say, we know the owner/managers very well. When we needed a new meeting location, Hooters just seemed natural. I'm not phased by the girls and well, the guys... in all honesty, seem to enjoy the 50 TVs the most.

Thank you ladies! I'll let you know just as soon as I see an '8' as the middle number on the evil box! I'm having flashbacks of October '07 where my total number for the month was 4.4, it looks like it's going to be a slow 3 or 4 weeks and that's okay. Maybe I'm getting ready to lose some inches!!

Either way, I'll still be plugging along... touting my same ole song... CONSISTENCY IS KEY!!

I always said I was going to start my own version of Hooters but it would be for us ladies and have really hot guys serving us...... what to call it...... let's see... Hooters has an "owl"... I could have a chicken/rooster logo and call it "cocks". (I REALLY hope I didn't offend anyone with that, but I could not resist.)
