Hi Aniss,

WTG on the 190.8 !!!!!!

Great going on the 2.25 miles in hlf an hour.

I know hooters very well, I use to go there with boyfriends and knew ppl that worked there as well.

Wow!! Good luck on the car show, looks like you've been very busy, dealing with that.

I see it happening really soon, you getting into the 180's. It probably will happen, when you stop thinking, about it.

Gott go ttyl c.c.

Msmartini, Congratulations on your loss and more so... the 2.25 in half an hour!!! That seems like such an accomplishment. Can I ask, what kind of exercise you do and how often?
Good luck with the car show!
Cindy

Hi Cindy!! Thanks for visiting my journal and for the kind words!! Currently, I have a personal trainer 2 days a week for weight and circuit training; kick boxing 4 days a week and then on most Sunday's I do a walk/jog. Trying to work up to that first benchmark of 3.1 miles.

C.C., love the kitty!!

No big update for me this week. My weight is holding steady or even up a pound. I'm not getting discouraged though. My eating has not been the best but it's not too bad either. I keep getting sweet attacks in the evenings but TOM finally arrived so I'm hoping they subside soon! Still trying to get back to my normal sleeping pattern as well. It will all come together soon enough.

Going to visit more journals before kb class in 30 minutes. Have a great Saturday everyone!!

Back with a quick link...

I ran across this today and thought I'd share. I actually use #1 every time I go for a slow run. It helps me to not focus on the distance or duration of my outings... for me it's a way to disconnect and push myself further. I had no idea it had a name!!

I had to laugh Anissa when I had a look at this. I have the perfect thing for me but it drives everyone else INSANE!!!

I hum the same song over and over, apparently () until someone yells "Change the Channel !!!"

Whatever the case, it must help me keep focussed or something!
