Not to turn this into TOM's journal (quoting Gillian), but I was having the same problem BEFORE Phen and I am on BCP. My Dr said stress, weight loss and intense excercise can also cause this (I thought that I was "going thru the change - my Mom did at 36. He said BCP kept hormone levels up, therefore no men-all-pause - hehe!) Let us know if you try the herbal remedy and how it works for you!

I'm going to do a hit and run(sorry)... I watched the first game of the World Series last night(GO SOX!!) and then up late this today as Britt decided 3:30 this morning would be a good time to call and cry on mommy's shoulder! 5:15 I'm finally allowed to go back to , only for handsome hubby to wake me at 7:00... I feel like a zombie!

Anywho... I'm off to the doc's in 30 minutes so I'd better get my butt in the shower!

I'll come visit afterwards... unless I attend the noon kboxing class.. ugh! I don't know what I'm doing today... I hate not having it planned!

I'll be back... and will be awake and chatty as ever!
