Aww Ms. Sassy!! You're too sweet!! Thanks girl!!

Ms. Chickadee, that has to be a bit frustrating to have the internet slow down like that. At least it's not for much longer!! Maybe the difference in type of exercise(garden) will move some of those 3 pounds!!

Ms. Echo, I'm glad you found that link informative! The articles attached were pretty good too. I will most definately share any others I run across! I'm with you... this DOES become addictive!! I believe it was Ms. Montez that said it best: "Seeing results feeds the addiction!" I just love that quote...

Hi Emmy! Sometimes keeping the spirits up is difficult... I just think if you get down about it, that's not going to do any good! So... I try to keep smiling and keep plugging along!! The Welch is on my father's side. About a generation or two back. The only accent I have pure southern!! And trust me... it's rather strong!

Ms. Joy! Where are those new ride pics???? I'm antsy!!! Okay, okay, I'll update you...

UPDATE!

Last week was my best week yet!! As of today, I've made it 5 days straights with my workouts. I have burned a grand total of 4,680 calories in those 5 days! I'll take tomorrow off and then just do a light walk on Sunday. It's killing me to not do an official weigh in today but I'm going to hold off until Tuesday to report! My calorie intake was much better this week. I only had 1 day that was below 1,000 calories, another below 1,200 and the rest were between 1,250 and 1,300. So I'm still a work in progress in getting my calories up to about 1,400... but I'm getting there!

We leave Wednesday for the NJ coast with my cousins from PA. So I'll do PT on Mon and Weds, kickboxing on Tuesday and then take my HR monitor so I can assure a good workout by walking/jogging on Thursday, Friday and Saturday while we're there. I'm going to need to burn those calories because there is NO TELLING what they have planned for our meals! I'll take some good things along with me though!!!!

So, that's about it. Handsome hubby should be home Sunday EARLY am... his flight lands at 11:30 pm so I'm thinking around 1-2 am. I'm ready for him to get home!!!

Well, your "scale" will power must also be amazing! I would have to sneak a peak after a week like that! I'm happy that you had a great week and I'm sure next week will be just as good if not better!

Talk about southern accents! We have it in our house too (my hubby's is really thick and cute!). When we go away people will say "Exactly where are you from?"

Have a great weekend!

Oh Montez DON'T I WISH!!!! I get on that stupid evil box 5-6 times A DAY!!! I'm just resisting recording today's number. I was always a Friday weigh in but switched last week to coincide with a challenge that I'm participating in. I was getting confused trying to do both!

You seem to ALWAYS be going on vacation!!! SHEESH! Must be nice!
I'm not sure when my next vacation will be yet ... Hopefully SOON!!!

What a great week. I love the stats. I had mine done at the beginning right before I started on phen and I think I will have them done again on Tuesday when I go in for my next b12/Lipo B shot. It will be so interesting to see.

Let's start a count down . . . 4 days until the evil box results are revealed.

I have just about given up trying to even download normal email as it is just not happening However it does not seem to be too bad here on the forum so we might just have to settle for that until we get our speed back up again!!!! Sooooooooo annoying Still at least we have this method

The pest control guy has been and gone and it is hot today! Just have to wait 24 hours, vacuum anything up that crawls out and dies and we are all done. The spray is all natural and lasts for 2-3 years, even outside, so it's pretty good, mind you it needs to be with what lives here

You sound like you've been marinating in spreadsheets just lately! Sorry if I do not get back to you with other stuff, I cannot even read it! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! Funny how you take fast internet for granted these days isn't it??

What have you got planned this weekend?
