WOW!! You ladies sure have been busy leaving me all kinds of wonderful messages!!!!!! THANK YOU!! To do them justice, I'm going to respond individually(that will also help with the dinner delima I'm going through right now, can't stay focused for very long!! LOL)

Ms. Joy... as much as you all may want to be rid of me at times, there's not enough money in the world to keep me from my gals!!!! Of course I'm going to be right here for all of you! You have been so wonderful to me... and I look forward to continuing our journey together!!

Good evening Ms. C.C., thank you! I try to stay motivated. Actually, I'm scared to think what would happen if I lost focus quite yet. I could see myself slip right back into the bad habits I displayed for decades! So... here I am! Sporting a smile and letting the past go!! One foot in front of the other and you know... all this WILL eventually become new good habits!! Thanks for visiting... I'll be over to visit you shortly!

Ms. Chickadee!! You are always so good to me! No, I don't want to look like Rosie any more!! This time it IS for good... I've already made it further than I have before... that's a pretty good sign!!

Glad everything is going well for ya my dear!

You are SO SO right about why some overweight ppl want to stay overweight - it truly is a covering to them! And c.c. was right about anorexics too! Sometimes it is merely for attention alone! Sad, yet so so true ... Either way - these ppl are crying out (ever so silently) for some reason or another. I think each & every one of us has experienced some type of hurt or loss or major disaster in our life that has a lot to do w/ why we act the way we act & why we do the things we do! Kwim??? But it is also what molds us & shapes us as well!
Trials are worth more than gold! If we never had trials - how would we appreciate the good times that we have??? Right?

Well - I am off to bed ... I'm just NOT a night person anymore, even though I still try to be sometimes ... LOL!

TTY tomorrow girl!

Hello miss martini

You must be fast asleep as I write this! It is 8.30pm over here and we have hired out Miss Potter to watch this evening from the DVD store with Renee Zellwegger. We were told it was rather an enchanting movie, so we thought we would give it a go!

Talking of enchanting, I think Eddie has been sooo nice to you with your weight loss, you all going out clothes shopping, etc. It is great to be supported. He will feel like he has a new wife when Catherine Zeta Jones starts to replace the Rosie he has come to know eh??? You resemble her you know, so this is another goal down the track after onderland, okay? It will certainly keep him on his toes!!!

So CZJ, what's cooking today???

Good morning everyone!

Ms. Gillian, you were so right! I WAS fast asleep! I don't know what happened to me... but I made a few replies... ate a bit of dinner and then HAD to go lay down! I was so darn tired!!

I felt badly knowing I still had more posts to reply to but it was unavoidable. Please forgive me and know I WILL finish them this morning. As well as go out to other journals for a visit. I think the lack of sleep last week finally caught up with me!

Just a mini update:

Today was the official weigh in! 201.4!!!! WoooHooo!!!!! Nearly to onderland!! I'm going to do my best to buy that ticket this week... of course 3 or 4 days cooped up in a cottage with my cousins, playing cards and who knows what else will take a toll on my efforts I'm sure! But, I've bought many healthy food choices to take along with me and I've packed cold weather gear to take a walk/jog daily! I'm hoping those few little items will help me for the remainder of the week!

I also skipped Phen on Sunday and have only taken a half dose yesterday and today. Will probably do a half tomorrow(travel day) and then go back up to full doses while away. I'm hoping I get the same effects that Ms. Joy has recently had.

Wish me luck!!

Just a quick pop in with a motivational article I just read:

The Inner Diet - 'The Family Feud' by Dr. John Sklare

It really made me think, I hope someone else enjoys it as well!!
