HOWDY HOWDY!!!
WOW!! You ladies are just wonderful!! Even though you made me cry...
I MISSED YOU GUYS!!!!!!
The trip was nice even if a bit cold! I don't know how all of you that live up north do it!!  We had a great time with my cousins! Spent a night(was suppose to be just an evening...) in Atlantic City. Let's just say that Mr. Trump is down a bit for a change!!!
Oh but the food...  I think I did okay... yes, I indulged a time or two. But for the most part, I stayed on track. My breakfast was the same everyday... oatmeal, yogurt and a half banana. Lunches were fine. Dinner included a nice size salad each night plus extremely small portions of whatever we prepared. I did have one night that I was 'snack-y'. That night I probably ate more than I should, but the foods were not 'bad'. Fruit, soy nuts, kashi crackers and the like.
I went to PT Weds before we left, walked and work with weights on Thurs, Friday was a day off, Sat was another walk and work with weights and then today was travel... back to PT first thing in the morning. I'm thinking I'll probably add a kickboxing class tomorrow night as well...
All of that said, I'm scared to death to get on the scale tomorrow!! I considered waiting until Tuesday but think I feel knowing how bad the number is will help me to remove it and get back on track.
So... enough about me! I'm out of here to see what you all have been up to!!!!!
