Oh ladies you have no idea!! I'm not going to give my body a choice... the evil box WILL move... or else!!! So... here's my plan...

My days are going to look a little like what I did at the gym today:

4 minutes on the elliptical at 6.5.
Jog a half mile on the treadmill(today's time was right at 7 minutes).
Kickboxing class(75 - 90 minutes... and 300 situps/crunches... ugh!)
Jog 1/4 mile then run 1/4 mile(time for this after kb class was right at 6 minutes)
Cool down on the elliptical.

Saturday is going to be my only day off with Wednesday and Sunday being 3.1 miles outdoor.

Yes, I'll be exhausted but that's okay. Handsome hubby has agreed to another 20 PT classes and I want to make the most of the time I have left. They are too expensive to just be doing the minimum. I have 10 weeks...

Thanksgiving day was the last dose of Phen I have taken. I have 8 or 9 left over to use during December if there is a need. I can see Christmas being an issue! Anyhow, I won't get my next prescription until January... so the plan for December is to EAT! Now I'm eating something every 2 hours... 60-100 calories at a time. Of course B/L and D are higher. But I'm trying to get my calories up to about 1,500.

So there you go... eat and sweat!! That's my plan!!

Sounds really great! Boy you make me tired just thinking about all the exercising your gonna be doing. Actually... come to think of it... your making me feel guilty LOL j/k I need to get my butt in gear! I will. Well hope you have a great fantastic day!!!

Anissa, I think you've already succeeded and onederland will be here soon! To keep so motivated with the ups and downs over the last several weeks is essential. I so often will get devastate and give up. You DID NOT GIVE UP!! You have succeeded!!

Eat and sweat eh? Good on you for saving some phen for emergencies... not that you will need them... but the fact that you have them there for wriggle room has to be a bonus!

Holy crap! I just read your workout plan! Can I just say that I am sooo glad to see I am not the only crazy one who works out HARD! But seriously it is a lot that your regimine includes, thats awesome... I wish I could afford a personal trainer... right now I have been concentrating on mostly cardio... but in the next week or 2 I plan on going back to strength training before my cardio workout. Its a catch 22 for me.... either I take what little time I have to hit up the gym to burn calories or do strenth training and less cardio and burn more calories in the long run... I'm an instant gratification kind of person... well keep up the good work!!
