Oh ladies you have no idea!! I'm not going to give my body a choice... the evil box WILL move... or else!!!  So... here's my plan...
My days are going to look a little like what I did at the gym today:
4 minutes on the elliptical at 6.5.
Jog a half mile on the treadmill(today's time was right at 7 minutes).
Kickboxing class(75 - 90 minutes... and 300 situps/crunches... ugh!)
Jog 1/4 mile then run 1/4 mile(time for this after kb class was right at 6 minutes)
Cool down on the elliptical.
Saturday is going to be my only day off with Wednesday and Sunday being 3.1 miles outdoor.
Yes, I'll be exhausted but that's okay. Handsome hubby has agreed to another 20 PT classes and I want to make the most of the time I have left. They are too expensive to just be doing the minimum. I have 10 weeks...
Thanksgiving day was the last dose of Phen I have taken. I have 8 or 9 left over to use during December if there is a need. I can see Christmas being an issue!  Anyhow, I won't get my next prescription until January... so the plan for December is to EAT! Now I'm eating something every 2 hours... 60-100 calories at a time. Of course B/L and D are higher. But I'm trying to get my calories up to about 1,500.
So there you go... eat and sweat!! That's my plan!!
