We are getting the most incredibly cheap show wines over here at the moment, so we are taking advantage of it for Easter!

We had a bottle of cab sav tonight... it was divine and only $4!

I had about on hour discussion about wine (or maybe it was a lesson) from an older gentleman last night at a work dinner in Toronto. I was interested at the beginning, but the I was so tired . . .

His partner had quite the interesting explanation of how wine is made . . . . It involved the urine of bacteria, then the diarrhea and gas of bacteria and eventually where the bacteria dies. Sorry - it was quite the highlight of the dinner conversation.

This guy was totally crazy, but brilliant and hysterical at the same time.

Yes, but the wine encouraged us to get into a packet of Cadbury 'Favorites' last night!

I thought I might totally confuse our accountant and set up a small part time work from home gel nail business. I am talking perhaps four clients a week or something, but it would be a great second income... I have found I actually enjoy it as long as I have some space in between. The most annoying part is setting everything up, so if I had a dedicated corner in the spare room with everything already there...

Just that we already build websites, publish things, teach, sell products here and there and now gel nails? I think you need to be flexible about how you earn your income these days!

Over here you just use your same ABN Australian Business Number for tax purposes and then trade under whatever name you like really! So how does Hallmark Nails sound? Most people who come to me are sick of getting crappy second rate nails, from these cheap Asian nail boutiques that have sprung up all over Brisbane. They prefer quality... I could start off cheap but seriously, there is some good money in it and a never ending supply of customers...

Steve just looks at me and goes

he thinks I'm mad teaching, studying and now gel nails, but... I think it would be fun!
