way to go on the 6.4lb weight loss awesome job I agree even if you are not hungry it is important to eat 3 healthy meals a day and get your healthy snack in between meals...with the phen alot of people completely loose their appetite and do not want to eat anything but as soon as they miss a day or the phen stops working as well they tend to catch up on the eating and gain the weight back or more so it is important to get into a healthy eating pattern while you are on it so that when you do get off the phen you do not fall back into eating unhealthy and gain the lbs back that you worked so hard to get off...also working out is very important even if it is a little bit its better than nothing and you can work your way up to a good exercise routine

Hi Gillian--The only problem with phen that I had was not being able to sleep through the night without waking up 1 or 2 times. I never felt as though I had a very deep sleep. You should try and take it as early as possible in the morning (which I'm sure you already do) but maybe take only a half dose on the weekends or perhaps even skip a day. It will last longer, you won't build up a tolerance as quickly and you will sleep much deeper. Good luck!

Well thanks for that, I would never have thought of doing that, I thought once you were on it, you would stay on it!
BTW I slept last night, I slept all night, I am sooo happy!
Probably because of sheer exhaustion!

Yeah,you have to worry about building up a tolerance too quickly...you don't want the effects of the pill to fizzel out before all the weight is gone. I've been taking it on and off for a long time ( not something you really want to do...besides, it's sort of frowned on here) but it will stop working after several months without a break once in a while.

So how long would you have to be on it before you would have a break on the weekend? I have only been on it now for 5 days and I slept through last night, finally! I don't have a great deal of weight to lose, around 15 pounds, so what do you think?
