I need some tips to stay on track when the weather is freezing cold and you just feel like eating to stay warm and being indoors! It is sooooooooooooooo hard right now!

I am not putting any more weight on but the four pounds that found their way back on are not about to get up and leave either! Grrrrrrrrr!

What does everyone else do?

Soups MS.G Low in calories and you can get some low in salt. I know I loved hot cocoa when it was cold with Marshmellows.
Sorry for the temptation.

Gillian I had a EKG done the day before my Oral Surgery because of some heart flutter's of mine at night when I was sleeping. Did you have one done yet ? It's better then nothing and painless. They don't run them long enough if you ask me like 20 or 30 seconds I think.

I had my peer review day today... I was on cloud 9 though from our news! I just figured that shortly I will have two part time jobs and two part time study loads! When I took on all this study, I never imagined that we would be starting a business as well... oh well, I will just have to do the best I can.

BTW miz, the caffeine, etc. is still only a guess, I am not entirely certain it is that. Sometimes I can have coffee and not have anything. I will be having a blood test soon to check for my hormone levels, they think it is more likely to be my thyroid playing up some, that is causing the fluttering heart thing. Thyroid can be aggravated by too much unopposed estrogen. I think in the long run, I will probably end up using some natural progesterone cream... or do you guys call it bio-identical hormones? There are too many other odd things happening at the same time. Just a few days ago, I had itchy legs, a tingly feeling in one boob and then a small spot on my face... just really odd stuff. Plus TOM has been weird the last few months...
Congrats !!!!!! I'm glad things worked out for you. God does work in mysterious ways !!!!!!

No Sheila, I am just freezing my butt off here in Brizzie! It is so freaking cold! What the heck, it is like I am back in England! I think we need a few kilos of blubber on us in Winter to get us through the cold spell... don't blame me, blame Darwin! Roll on summer!
