I have another update which is pretty important for me... about my heart fluttering... and it is kind of on topic

For those of you who have known me for a while, you will know I have had issues with heart flutters while on phen and since. I was never sure what it was but I have now had tests, etc. done and my doctor assures me it is due to LACK of estrogen as I am getting closer to the beginning of menopause and I am about to go onto bio-identical hormones, which is natural hormone replacement therapy. I was very relieved, you have no idea how I have been worried about it I was scared it was stress related or even worse a heart problem or something like that, but it is just hormones ... so that is good news inasmuch as I can stop worrying now! I am a happy girl tonight...

Oh and apparently the horrible overeating will settle down once I balance my estrogen and progesterone, so I will keep you posted and race you younger girls to the finish line!

Extremely awesome car!! I teeter every now and then on the next car I'll get. I've driven a Toyota Camry for years, reliable, comfortable, but oh sooo boring. I've been checking out the BMW's for a while. Maybe when the Camry decides to give out, I'll jump . . . CONGRATS and the new car!

That is a relief about the heart, but is it bitter sweet? I am not looking forward to menopause. I guess no one really does. It's kind of like your body telling you that you are getting older, while your spirit is still so young. I guess the spirit just has to win out in the end, right?

BMW's are great we currently have two and highly recommend them for people who are experimenting with the idea of getting a german car... I love it but I have an upgrade coming for an early xmas gift soon... i've been dying for the mercedes cls550 .. and I finally found one that's charchol on the outside and tan leather on the inside...

Gillian I thought of you last night! I went to this "upscale" ha brick oven pizza place and had chicken, goat cheese, and roasted peppers pizza... i was craving it big time and i forced the DH to go in the pouring rain haha..

ALso gillian congrats on the new car, we were going back and fourth between the idea of an audi or a bmw but i think that i you're going to spend the money you should go with a bmw.. it just has luxury written all over it compared to an audi.

G - Beautiful car!! When we come over, you can take us for a spin and CC can hang out the sunroof and embarrass you in front of all your friends. We have had lots of car buying where sometimes we'd get the one we really wanted and sometimes we'd get the sensible option (one was a Camry which was very sensible and great on mileage but I didn't LOVE it) and we've never regretted the LOVE-it car, except when making the payments occasionally You'll just have to step it up at the restaurant

My favorite pizza is thin-crust spinach & mushroom with alfredo sauce a little bit of cheese. Since Joy is off, we can probably safely post this...

I haven't heard of this bio-identical hormone stuff. Maybe it isn't here yet? I am happy for you that you have gotten that weight off your mind about the heart fluttering You'll need to be on your top game when school starts to help me deal with all my issues. I am thinking of throwing some holy water around the room to keep out the demons

Sheila, we have a Ford Laser Liata Ghia, sounds good but very boring too! So this is an awesome step up for us!

With estrogen I had no idea that it was LACK of it that caused the problems... I thought I had too much in my body, with the zeno estrogens in the environment in chicken, plastics, etc. I was under the impression I would have too much unopposed estrogen floating around! That was the biggest shock! Anyway, I don't care about the menopause coming... I'll be 25 forever, you know? It is quality of life and health ultimately that is important to me and if lack of estrogen is causing my heart to flutter rather than an impending heart attack... I'm very happy!

So we have another cool car woman in here? Miss Martini is the car QUEEN... she even runs a car club!

My daughter was telling me that near her friend's place (on the other side of town) there is a place called Hell's Pizza's which have unusual toppings, etc. and they are delivered in an old sign written hearse!!!
