I am trying to imagine CC's cheeks flapping as they fill up with air while we drive FAST with her standing up through the sunroof! You know like you see dogs cheeks???
With the hair streaming out behind... I would imagine it would be quite a sight! Miz are you sure you don't want a go? A Himalayan in the wind... hmmm, that would be interesting too!!!

I haven't heard of this bio-identical hormone stuff. Maybe it isn't here yet? I am happy for you that you have gotten that weight off your mind about the heart fluttering You'll need to be on your top game when school starts to help me deal with all my issues. I am thinking of throwing some holy water around the room to keep out the demons
Holy water sounds good, be careful of the skin burns though ... I have heard America is a very litigious country!

Bio identical hormones are a much more natural hormone replacement method... the hormones are not synthetic like they are in traditional hormone replacement therapy and the pill. They are identical to the ones produced by your own body and in much smaller doses so you just mimic your own body's production of hormones. Much safer, much more effective, no side effects, etc. Perhaps they just call it something different in the US but if you Google Bio-Identical Hormones, you should get info! I cannot WAIT!

It is 1.15am over here right now and again I am feeling hot and cold in bed. I have got up to take a Promensil... that helps quite a bit. I thought I would go on the internet for half an hour to give the tablet time to work. It is an odd feeling... one minute you are under the covers and comfortable and the next, you feel really warm and have to throw off the covers. Steve says I don't feel hot so it is weird, but at least I know what it is now.

I thought you had to be in your fifties when your hormones started to wind down... however I guess it has to start some time and it could be years before I go through menopause properly, apparently your hormones go through lots of changes beforehand!

I was mortified, but we extended the search to look at Lexus (their hybrid was way expensive) then Honda and also looked at Volkswagen. We have a BMW dealership near us and Steve wanted to look at a BMW. I really only went to humor him to start with as a comparison thing with the Merc? Anyway we ended up being there all afternoon. There is a certain something about a BMW... also the sports model we were looking at was way nice! I must say I was teetering on the edge of conversion There was one white one left available for sale in the whole of Australia this month in the model and color we both wanted, with a sunroof and diesel turbo but great on fuel economy... however another dealer had an offer on it to someone else. So we were left with the choice of silver, black, blue or grey. We both still wanted white...Then we went through the whole 'should we pay so much money for a car' thing. So we re-visited some cheaper options but at that time we also thought it fair to have a look at Audi as we were quite interested in their A4.

Anyway this morning the phone went and I picked it up and it was Anthony from BMW. He said he had some good news! The deal has fallen through on the white BMW as they ended up selling him something else.... so it is OURS!!!!!
Guess where we are going later on

So it is similar to this, sports diesel turbo in white with a sunroof, 4 doors and black leather interior... oh my...

Sorry I have been neglecting everyone. I've been around, just not as much. I'm trying to make up some journal visits the next couple of days. There's all kind of exciting things going on in your life. What a sweet looking ride.

At this point in my life, I would settle for just a minivan. Unless of course we won Fantasy Five !!!

You ever noticed that all the ppl have the sweetest rides. With that said your way ahead of the game because your far from being .

For those of you who have known me for a while, you will know I have had issues with heart flutters while on phen and since. I was never sure what it was but I have now had tests, etc. done and my doctor assures me it is due to LACK of estrogen as I am getting closer to the beginning of menopause and I am about to go onto bio-identical hormones, which is natural hormone replacement therapy. I was very relieved, you have no idea how I have been worried about it I was scared it was stress related or even worse a heart problem or something like that, but it is just hormones ... so that is good news inasmuch as I can stop worrying now! I am a happy girl tonight...

Oh and apparently the horrible overeating will settle down once I balance my estrogen and progesterone, so I will keep you posted and race you younger girls to the finish line!
That's great news and what a relief it must be for you. Yeah I've never "bio-identical hormones". I'm another one not looking forward to it. That over eating would have to go. I do enough of that around tom.

My favorite pizza is thin-crust spinach & mushroom with alfredo sauce a little bit of cheese. Since Joy is off, we can probably safely post this...

Yeah, I'll make sure of it ......

The Pizza sounds yummy and like my last two days.
