Steve has met everyone now and Rach and I get to meet them all tonight. Apparently they are a great bunch!

Steve was telling me that he heard that the school that send the apprentice chefs to them are always telling people they need to do things like Donini's do! It is that je ne sais quois that the restaurant has, that we want to make sure we keep... well that and the good food!

Just try and take one bite of each. Remember how far you have come. Sounds great, except for all that sampling of foods. I'm weak, I'd over indulge big time.

My eyes are out on stalks!

I taught a class this morning, had to attend a class for my grad cert this afternoon, straight from there to pick up our BMW

and then onto Donini's for a training. Just got back and cannot believe how much has gone into today! I was serving tables, taking orders, etc. and yes....... I am getting really sick of pizza

it is the best way to get over them, just marinate yourself in them!

I need an early night...

We were woken up this morning at 7am for Sian to move her bed back in!

My body just wanted to lie in... we didn't get to bed until after midnight last night... anyway that busy day is behind me now!

The boys came in with the bed and trod on the cat and she went REEEOOOWWWW!!!! you know the sound cats make?? Anyway he apologized but it was kinda funny... you know? She is a very emotional and outspoken cat...

So I am really tired.

I have to get some new shoes today, I don't own many flats and I am not serving meals all night in heels again... my feet were killing me!

We had pizza again last night

actually the one I had was vegetarian with avocado and thin slices of potato amongst other things... it was actually really nice!

I cannot believe how many desserts we sold... they come out to the table and people take photographs of them! Oh man, listen to me... I sound like we own the place already...

Looks like we are set to put on one of the girls full time as a floor manager, she has been there for four years and that will help me out heaps! Steve came out half way through the night swanning around in all his

stuff. They don't wear hats... but he has black tunics, black and white small check pants and black aprons, that is what they all wear apart from Aly, the head chef, she wears white... the place is awesome! Maybe I have never been inside a big kitchen like that before, but wow, she works her butt off! On the other side, the pizzas are flying through the conveyor three at a time...they are made up separately to the main kitchen... I'm in awe!

I slept for 10 hours last night!

The good news is that the trial period was satisfied half way through Saturday night and we still have Sunday to go... the trial period means that we check up on them and make sure they don't have paid actors coming in to eat and they are not making up the figures of the amount of money they make! One table spent over $1500!! That was a birthday banquet.

I am soooooooooooooo tired though...I think it is because we have so much to learn in such a short space of time...

Oh and miz, I think you are right, we are burning off any extra calories with the amount of running around we do!
