Ya right I will do my best checking in everyday. With my husband not working right now he takes up alot of the computer time. I will at least check in every couple of days if not able everyday. You have a good night msmartin.

Well I went to sleep really late last night so I ate really bad today and did not get as many calories as I should have. I even ate late tonight which I usually do not do. I try not to eat after 7 pm. Did not eat anything today until 1 pm bad I know. Tomorrow is a new day so I will try and do better.

1:00 pm
Lunch- 1 can Tuna - 80 calories
10 crackers - 120 calories
Total - 200 calories

3:42 pm
Snack - 1 cup special k
half of cup skim milk
Total - 150 calories

5:42 pm
Dinner - Slimfast - 180 calories

9:47 pm (To late I now but was starving)
Snack - Slimfast - 180 calories

Total calories - 710 calories for the day

Did not get any exercise today unless you count chasing the kids around the house then I did do some.

Water consumption - 2 liters or 66 oz

I'd probably count chasing the kids!! Don't stress over your food from yesterday. You really didn't do too bad... just try to get that breakfast in. It really does make a world of difference!!

I agree Ya I usually eat breakfast I just got up so late Did not eat till 1 pm. I suppose chasing kids around would be considered exercise light exercise anyways. Have a good day msmartini.

Oh my gosh I just typed this long thing about my plans for the day. When I went to post it, it said I was not a member and I had to sign back in. I lost everything that sucks. Iam off to cook brunch for everyone will try and pop back in.
My mom is comming to visit this weekend so I have to clean up and finish halloween decorations and tons of laundry to do. Never ending story with all the laundry with family of six. Will try and eat better at least got breakfast in this morning. I would like to be 145 lbs by christmas and 155 by thanksgiving does that sound like to much to lose by the time I want to do it by? Good luck with your weight loss. it sounds like you have the eatting pretty much down, just trying to find time for exercise can be really tough. Every little thing counts though. playing with the kids,housework,cutting the grass,grocery shopping,etc.. just keep moving.

Hi april,

Thanks for the visit. Thanks I try to eat every 2 to 3 hours but sometimes I get to busy and end up skipping one of my snacks. Then before I know it is lunch time so I end up eating lunch instead. Ya the exercise is a tough one.
I do keep busy though and ya I guess all the running a around is at least keeping me moving it is better than none at all.
