Well I went to sleep really late last night so I ate really bad today and did not get as many calories as I should have. I even ate late tonight which I usually do not do. I try not to eat after 7 pm. Did not eat anything today until 1 pm bad I know. Tomorrow is a new day so I will try and do better.

Lunch- 1 can Tuna - 80 calories
10 crackers - 120 calories
Total - 200 calories
3:42 pm
Snack - 1 cup special k
half of cup skim milk
Total - 150 calories
5:42 pm
Dinner - Slimfast - 180 calories
9:47 pm (To late I now but was starving)
Snack - Slimfast - 180 calories
Total calories - 710 calories for the day
Did not get any exercise today unless you count chasing the kids around the house then I did do some.
Water consumption - 2 liters or 66 oz
