Today is Mon. Oct. 22, 2007

Well I finally got to use the computer again. My huband has been out of work and loves his backgammon. He has had plenty of time to play online so I was not able to get on here for a few days. Anyhow I finally decided to start my journal.

How much weight do you want to lose? I would like to lose 41 to 45 lbs. my weight as of this morning is still holding at 162.5 lbs If I were to lose 41 to 45 lbs that would put me between 117 and 121 lbs. Iam 5 Ft 3 In So that sounds about right for my height what I should be at.

How much time do you hope to take to accomplish your goal?
I would like to reach my goal by by the beginning of next summer 2008.

What methods will you use to accomplish your goal?
Counting calories and increasing my activity level. No more junk food, Soda diet or not, or coffee was addicted to it with milk and lots of sugar. Drinking 2 to 4 liters water daily and portion control over food.

Who or what can motivate you to help reach your goal?
Family and friends also members here.

Do I think my goal is realistic?
Absolutely yes 100%.

When do you want to start?
RIGHT NOW even though I have been doing this already on my own for some time now.

Well thats about it for now so hopefully someone will come to visit me. I will pop back in to add my foods and calories for the day. I have to motivate myself to do more activity not a fan never have been. So Iam off to try and do some exercise bye for now. C. C.

Hey sahm---is this your own questionaire? It's a good one!
I hear you about the exercise.....it's the one thing I have started and stopped a hundred times. I keep waiting for it to make me "feel good" and it never does. I probably don't do it hard enough.....I don't like sweating.....that could be it!

I wish I had thought of that actually it is one Ian posted to help start out your journal easier I suppose. I liked it so I added it came out fine and helps answer some peoples questions and my own. I think that is why I do not care for it much don"t like getting really hot and sweating either. I guess I will just have to suck it up until someone can come up with a better way to burn calories.

I know.....I always think something will be invented that you can just put on and it will do the workout for you.....like one of those dumb looking belts that squeezes you. Hey, remember those suits people used to put on and attach to their vacum cleaner? Right? Wasn't there something like that? How stupid!
