I went through a phase of wanting to run, myself. In my earlier days. I tried it and developed shin splints. I was so mad and kept trying.
I would always develope the shin splints. I just figured because, of that reason, I could not be a runner.
Does anyone else have that problem ? Does anyone else know what causes them ? How to prevent them from happening ?
I know, I am not crazy, about exercise, but I have to do more for me to lose the rest of this weight.
I would not mind trying again, especially it being cooler and all. if I could prevent the above from happening.
