So I have decided to try this journal thing out. Here is how my day is going so far:
Got up at 6am, got the kids off to school. Today I am taking a stab at not taking the phentermine for a few days to see how it goes. Maybe detoxing my system will help the medication work better?
7am: Got to work and started drinking water.
8am: ate my 200 calorie pop tart
9am: Power walked 1/2 mile
10am: ate 1 cup of red grapes
Drinking my water!!!
11:30am: Lean Cuisine 240 cal meal.
2pm: Power walked 1/2 mile
5pm: Trail mix (180) calories
6:30pm: Dinner w/ kids baked fries and chicken tenders
7-8pm: housework UGH!
I didn't drink enough water...but I drank more than normal.
