Ok I was on phen for two months and then stop on my own because I didnt feel it was working anymore. I have finally went back to the doctor and picked up my meds today. I am 174 this morning. That Stinks. I did start to drift off my plan when I stop taking the meds and Thanksgiving and Christmas wasnt easy. I am back on the wagon wish me luck.

Well this week has been crazy I have had trouble sleeping but that will pass. My house is getting some much needed cleaning. Its Friday so I am going into my first weekend on phen and weekends have always been hard for me. I know I can do it if I set my mind to it. Got to get ready for work and then one of my kids in class is getting to go to the dance after school but I have to be there to watch over him wish me luck!
