Alright well I used to be really cute and tiny even after two kids, but after the third I just cant seem to shake it and keep it off like before. I started a nutrition class in school and it has really helped me to want to eat better not just for weight loss but just to be healthier. I am on phentramin-d and I just started today and I will keep everyone updated.

Great going, on starting your journal !! I felt the same way, especially after 4 kids. I have been trying to get back
closest to the way, I looked, after just the one child.

I hope phen-d does you good. I've read of a couple of ppl on here, it seems to be working out, for them.

You will get lot of support on here,especially,once everyone else, gets to know you better.

Welcome! I am on Phen-D also. I have been on it for a bit more than a month now, and it has been working great. I did have to take a nutrition class in school as well. It is so much fun to learn about all important things about food, dieting and staying healthy.
So good luck and let us know how it goes. Don't forget to drink a lot of water.

I think I am going to do a before and after picture too, I wanna see because its hard to tell when you look at yourself everyday.

Yes, do that. We love before and after pictures around here.
I've put mine up in my journal, twice already.

It is a pretty cool way of getting a boost of self esteem, especially, if you need it.

You will get some really awesome shout outs, that is for sure.

How do you put pictures on here? I am gonna post one of what I looked like 4 years ago which is what I wanna look like now and I am gonna post one of me now, then when I am done I will send my new skinny ones lol

Welcome!

Some people use photobuckets. It's a website where you upload your pictures and then it creates a code that you can copy and paste into your post and then - poof!- your picture is in your post. Like magic.
