Hi everyone: well I started on Phen on the 9th of this month (Feb 08) at 224 Pounds.
I weighed my self on the 17th and I had lost 5 pounds So as of the 17th I am at 219 pounds.
I would like to reach my goal of 140 pounds by my 31st birthday which is October 16th of this year.
I take phen every morning at 10 :00 a.m. and have been walking in the gym an hour each day but I think I; going to do it 3 times a week because I'mm feeling kind of burnt out like im over doing it too soon.
I know i'm the only one that can do this for me but any advice would help.
I dont think my goal of loosing 79 pounds in 8 months but weirder things have happende
So I look forward to chatting with all of you and off I go to new me!!!
