hey thanks msmartini and surfergrrrl i mean your right about loosing the weight slowly. i have stopped walking, because i have been caught up at work and by the time i come back i am mentally and physically exhausteddddddddddddddd. But tomm is another day another week, so i am going to try to start walking again. Phen does make it veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy difficult to eat, but im sticking to weight watcher food. I also want to wish you guys, a happy mother's day!! i have to say today i spoiled myself and ate alllllllllllllllllllllllllllll that i wanted so i kind of feel bac but tom is another day and i will start our good and strong..thanks for the ongoing support
