 I wanted to come with a cute title, but I'm not feeling very creative right now. The blaring t.v. may have something to with it.
This is my first time on phen. I have been using it for 2 weeks and 6 days. My total weight loss is 12 pounds. Well, as of this a.m. it was 11 pounds. That's due to the wonderful belly bloating, mood changing, crave inducing PMS.
To stay on track, I bought a little notebook to keep track of what I eat, how many calories I consumed, and my weight loss. At the end of each week, I figure the total number of calories I ate that week and what the daily average is. That kind of gives me an idea as to whether I'm not eating enough or, God forbid, eating too much.
Here's a rundown on my calorie count for the first two weeks:

Day 3: 1562
Day 4: 905
Day 5: 1063
Day 6: 1292
Day 7: 815
Total for Week 1: 8287
Daily Average: 1184
Total Weight Loss: 6 pounds

I also keep track of how much water I drink each day. I have't been doing as well on that lately.
