Hey Girls, if you didn't know finally got more
phentermine! So this month hopefully will be a good
weight loss month! Im shooting for at least 10 lbs.

Lordy I hope so! You know an excellent weight loss book to read... I didn't know but he has a tv show besides appearing on Oprah, ya'll have to know him, Dr. Oz... His book "You on a
diet" Is the most awesome diet book I have ever read. Given I have only tried reading things like the atkins book, and weight watchers to name a few. Although weight watchers is one of the best diet lessons ever. I call it a lesson bekuz i cant think of any other word right now, but w.w. teaches you how to eat correctly. But if any of you have never read Dr. Oz's book it's awesome. It's a diet book that actually catches your attention, he is funny in it too.

But everything he says to do and how he describes how your body works is awesome. I've read the whole book before but forgot some of it, so im re-reading it again. Just a suggestion girls, it's just a very informative book.
My weight in day is tomorrow, and I am super nervous I think I gained weight, if not stayed absolutely the same. I was very very depressed this weekend so drank more than 2 glasses of wine and friday, saturday, was a little piggish.

On the bright side, I'm back on track!! But those lil more like big screw ups really throw me off... Hopefully I at least maintained. Funny if you only gain a pound or 1/2 a pound girls get so depressed , even if you maintain im like distraught!!! lol Well hopefully tommorow's weigh in isn't horrible. Im downing my
water and eating well today!
