How do you get started?
The diary is an essential help in reaching your
weight loss goal. Writing down your goals and progress will motivate your in a way nothing else can, thus helping you reach your target weight much more easily. The diary is the success-secret of weight loss support groups, and it will help you too!
Here are some tips:
1. Before you begin your weight loss diary, ask yourself these questions:
• How much weight do you want to lose?
I have lost almost 50 lbs so far, starting at a whopping weight of 285 lbs. Now weighing in at 236.4 lbs. I hope to loose at least 40-50 more lbs. First goal, though, is to loose 36 lbs. to reach 200lbs.
• How much time do you hope to take to reach your goal?
To reach my first goal, I will allow myself 3 months. If reached sooner than that, then YAY!
• What methods will you use to accomplish your goal?
I plan to continue what I am already doing. Eating 6 small meals a day, under 250 calories, drinking my 105 oz. of
water a day, and adding more and more exercise. << This is what I try to do, i don't always succeed every day. :(But I try!!
• Who or what can motivate you to help you reach your goal?
My husband has so far been a great encouragement to me. He goes and exercises with me and trys to limit what I eat lol. And for me visually see the numbers going down and my clothes feeling looser!
• Is your goal realistic?
Yes, I think so...
• When do you want to start?
Right now!!
