21 lbs till your goal !! You go,girl !!! Remember those last pesky lbs are the harest to get off so hang in there and don't get frutrated. 1 or 2 lbs a week is a safe weightloss. As long as the scale keeps moving down that's all that matters not how fast we can lose.

Your doing terrific keep it up. ttyl c.c.

19 lbs to your goal Your getting there slowly but surely. The closer to your goal you are the harder it gets to lose it. You still will but it becomes a slower loss each week.

You look right on target to me, girl. One to two lbs is a healthy and awesome weightloss considering how much you have to lose.

Don't get to frustrated or stressed out over it. In all reality the one's who take the longest to reach their goals and only lose 1 to 2 lbs after the first week of a life style change will keep their weight off the longest.

Slow and steady, whens the race. ttyl c.c.

if you are working out you are probably building muscle and muscle weighs more so as frustrating as it may be about the slowing down of loss it may indicate something good

Well, good for YOU, GIRL! You are hanging in there and reaping the benefits!
In NO time you will be right where you want to be. It comes off more slowly the smaller we get.
