Hello everyone!! I hope everyone has had a great weekend!!! I really enjoyed mine and was busy...and ate well. I have been so busy today...but that's good makes the time go by fast and keeps me busy...well I am going to read a couple of journals..have a nice nite!

Good Morning! Well I woke up today around 6:45...I did not want to wake up at all. I slept really good. But took my pill around 7:30 and started my day. I plan on going to the gym later and get a good workout in. I hope everyone has a good day!

Hi Spice thanks for visiting my journal and the happy birthday wishes. I think it is great your doing some extra posting around when you can.

Everyone needs some extra support and plus I don't mind the help. I'm glad you had a great weekend. I can't wait to hear about your next weighin. I hope you lose the amount you would like or close to it. In my case any loss is better then non since I gained back three lbs of my current weight but am trying to lose them again.

Good Morning!!! I am having a good day so far... I woke up around 7 and started my day...took my pill around 7:15. I have alot of errands to run and alot to do....so I will be on here later. I hope everyone has a great day!! Take care!

Good Morning!!! Well I woke up today around 6:45 and got my little one up and ready for daycare. For some reason I have not been sleeping too well. I think I have too much on my mind...trying not to stress but it is so hard. So I am just going to try and keep myself busy. I hope everyone has a great day!!! Take care all!!!
