I agree. A food journal is a huge help to me. Somedays, when I splurge, I think I bet I blew it (in the past when I thought that, each day would get worse until I gained it all back), but with my journal, I can see that I can eat, splurge some and still do well.

Hey Spice! lol yeah we were commenting on eachother's journal at the same time~ I have had a good week also, been eating well and drinking water~ Yay! Sounds like you are doing well yourself. I am about to go to a mexican restaurant and treat myself but going to split a small meal so the calories are split. Plus I will drink a whole glass of water before I eat so I dont eat all of the half portion lol. Probably only going to get nachos or something. I'm not going to feel guilty! I'm going to come home and get on the tredmill. So it doesn't keel me over. ha Anyways, glad to hear your doing good. Keep it up. Gotta get ready! Byye!!~~~

No worries ariel,We all get down right personal in these journals sometimes. We talk about everything from weightloss to family to (unruly teenagers ) You name it. That's whats so great about this place and if there is something you preferr not to discuss in a journal you can always either pm it or e-mail it, if you happen to swapp out e-mail's out on here with some ppl.

YAY !!!! I need more motivation, (I'm sick right now anyways), but maybe the other members like you can help motivate me to exercise more. Keep on doing what your doing and those lbs are going to fly off of you.

Maybe you will be one of the lucky one's to lose 10 lbs the first month. I would be happy with 5 lbs at this point. Anything will be better then nothing,I'm sure you will do great.
