Good Morning!!! How is everyone doing?? Me I am so glad it is friday....wooohooo! I don't really have plans yet.....but I know I need to catch up on some sleep. I hope everyone has a great day and I hope the work day goes by fast...take care!

Hey spice!! What is up? Do you think you could catch a few extra winks of sleep for me? I am so drained this week! Between having the down in the dumps for a few days and then last night my patient went bad and that for me is very emotionally and physically exhausting!! I could not for the life of me get up today!! Saturday is my only day off this weekend and I go back to work sunday night so I have a feeling I am going to sleep the whole time I am off!! Well I hope you have a good weekend! Thank you so much for all the encouragement! I always like to get posts from you! Talk to you soon!

Good Morning! How is everyone doing?? Well I did sleep in yesterday...I slept in until 11 and it felt great! But today I am up getting ready for church and I know I did not even come on the computer yesterday..wanted to come on and tell everyone HELLO! How was/and is everyone's weekend? I caught up on some tv yesterday. Well have a great day everyone! Take care!

congrats on the 21lbs lost!
I noticed on another journal you were not on phen anymore? how long have you been off it? and have you been able to maintain the weight loss? I am trying to eat right, drink lots of water, exercise so I can keep up with it after I am off phen!

Hey there! Well I have been off phen for almost 3 months now..yes I have been able to keep it off...thank goodness. I am going to see what I can do this month and next month without it. Take care and good luck!
