I am working hard and haven't had time to check in here lately. It seems like I assign essays every day, but then who has to grade those puppies??? Me!! Why do I do it to myself?

You been busy to,eh ? Girl,so have I. I actually took a couple of days off, of here, after I splattered my name all over the place for a few days,though. I miss the ole crew. Seem as though, eventually that ole life, rears it's ugly head.

Well, I may have to get my stick , after the ole crew, then. That might get them back here. Sound good to you ?

I can just Imagine how busy you will be Miz. Probably church type of activity. What else did you have planned for the weekend ? Grading essays,I hope more then just that.

I had a workshop at university I teach for on occasion. As long as I want to keep up the possibility to teach for them, I have to attend occasional ALL-DAY workshops. One was yesterday. They've asked me to teach a class in Nov. The problem is, I'm not sure if I really want to. I said sure, but I am seriously thinking of changing my mind while they still have plenty of time to replace me.

Yesterday, workshop then I tried to go shopping since I was in the "big" city without kids, but there were tornadoes popping up all over the state thanks to Hurricane Ike, so I had to come home. I helped the kids get their rooms cleaned up, church this morning, nap afterwards, now I have papers to grade and then it's back to the grind.
