Hello everyone I hope everyone is doing good. Well I just started taking the pill this Monday and I started eating correctly I hope. I am going to post what I have been eating. If I am doing something wrong please let me know. If anyone can suggest how I can improve I would appressiate it.
11/3/08= For breakfast I have 1 cup of raisan bran crunch that has 190 cal. Then a little bit of the whole milk that has 150 cal. Then for lunch I have meatloaf with mashed that u heat up in microwave that has 310 cal. Then for dinner I had 1/2 pork chop with 1 cup of rice and 1/2 beans. Then for snacks I had fruit. I had 4 bottles of water during the whole day.
11/4/08= Raisan brand crunch 1 cup with milk. Then lunch chicken breast with dressing and mash potato 210 cal. Then for dinner a salad from mcdonalds it was called the ranch salad with ranch dressing. With 4 bottles of water for the day. Snacked on fruits
11/5/08= Raisan brand crunch 1 cup with milk. Then lunch steak with mushroom with mash potato 220 cal. For dinner I ate tuna salad with lettuce and 1/2 cup of white rice. 4 bottles of water and 1 cup of apple juice that has 110 cal. For snack I had 2 pop tarts sorry I did ba there.
11/6/08= Raisan brand crunch 1 cup with milk. Then lunch healthy choice chicken soup 90 cal. With 5 cookies. Then for dinner salad from mcdonalds the ranch with ranch dressing. I didnt have snacks at all. With 3 bottles of water.
11/07/08= Raisan brand crunch 1 cup with milk. Then for lunch I had a reg sandwich from blimpies with chips. Havent eaten dinner yet. with 3 bottles of water.
