Hello everyone I hope everyone is doing good. Well I just started taking the pill this Monday and I started eating correctly I hope. I am going to post what I have been eating. If I am doing something wrong please let me know. If anyone can suggest how I can improve I would appressiate it.

11/3/08= For breakfast I have 1 cup of raisan bran crunch that has 190 cal. Then a little bit of the whole milk that has 150 cal. Then for lunch I have meatloaf with mashed that u heat up in microwave that has 310 cal. Then for dinner I had 1/2 pork chop with 1 cup of rice and 1/2 beans. Then for snacks I had fruit. I had 4 bottles of water during the whole day.

11/4/08= Raisan brand crunch 1 cup with milk. Then lunch chicken breast with dressing and mash potato 210 cal. Then for dinner a salad from mcdonalds it was called the ranch salad with ranch dressing. With 4 bottles of water for the day. Snacked on fruits

11/5/08= Raisan brand crunch 1 cup with milk. Then lunch steak with mushroom with mash potato 220 cal. For dinner I ate tuna salad with lettuce and 1/2 cup of white rice. 4 bottles of water and 1 cup of apple juice that has 110 cal. For snack I had 2 pop tarts sorry I did ba there.

11/6/08= Raisan brand crunch 1 cup with milk. Then lunch healthy choice chicken soup 90 cal. With 5 cookies. Then for dinner salad from mcdonalds the ranch with ranch dressing. I didnt have snacks at all. With 3 bottles of water.

11/07/08= Raisan brand crunch 1 cup with milk. Then for lunch I had a reg sandwich from blimpies with chips. Havent eaten dinner yet. with 3 bottles of water.

so please let me know how I did thank you.

Hey Jessica, I looked over your meals. Do you know how many calories were in the salad and the dressing? Also I would make sure you are getting enough fiber in your diet. Hope you are having a great weekend!

Hi there! Welcome aboard...well you can check out Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople and it lets you track your calories for free..and they have alot of great info on there also. Good luck on your new journey. Take care!

Hey Jessica! Welcome to the forums! So I was looking over your diet from the last few days and there are a few things I would change about it:
1)Instead of Whole Milk, try 1% or skim. Whole milk is really not the best dairy for you.
2)STAY AWAY FROM MCDONALDS SALADS, THEY ARE NOT HEALTHY! The salad alone has 260 calories and that one packet of ranch dressing has 290 calories, 270 which are fat calories, and 30g of Total Fat (46% of daily recommended value).If anything, ask them for the balsamic vinigarrette dressing.
3)while on phentermine, most dr.s will tell you to drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day, which is equivalent to 4 water bottles. So try to drink a littler more.

other than that, you're on way to a healthier happier you! Are you working out at all?
