Hello everyone!

Last Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008, I went to a diet center in Memphis and got a month's supply of Phentermine along with a b12 shot. The people were so nice but the only thing that I didn't like was that I was weighed in all my clothes---big corduroy coat, three shirts, jeans, tights and combat boots. I weighed in at 215 pounds You could have imagined my disgust with myself! I knew that I had gotten heavy but not that heavy. I asked the nurse practioner about how many pounds could I take off with all these clothes and shoes and she only said about 3 --yell, right. I couldn't even tell my boyfriend my weight. I told myself that I HAD TO GET THIS WEIGHT OFF AND NOW I would use phen and b12 shots as my catalyst to get back in shape and eat right for good. So starting that Saturday I began my journey and apparently it must have worked.

As of this morning, Dec. 20, 2008 my home scale read 190lbs which I checked five times to see if I was reading it correctly. My secret weapon was to also use the apple cider tonic water so I call it which is 2 teaspoons of apple cider in 8 ounces of warm water before each meal. But I did not start using the apple cider tonic until Tuesday.

I will post next week weigh in next Saturday.

I'M SO GLAD YOU DECIDED TO JOURNAL. REMEMBER THE MORE YOU POST IN YOUR JOURNAL AND KEEP IT ON THE FIRST PAGE THE MORE RESPONSES YOU WILL GET. GO AROUND AND INTRODUCE YOURSELF TO OTHER PPL IN THEIR JOURNALS AS WELL, ALOT OF TIMES THE FAVOR IS RETURNED. ALOT OF TIMES PPL WILL JUST PICK A FEW PPL ON HERE TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH AND STICK WITH JUST THOSE. I HOWEVER, DO TRY AND VISIT MY REGULARS AS WELL AS ANYONE ONE ELSE. IT IS HARD aT TIMES THOUGH BEING A MOTHER OF 4 AND HAVING 6 OF US IN MY FAMILY TO TEND TO. I JUST SO HAPPENED TO BE BY MYSELF THIS WEEKEND FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER IN MY 9 YEARS WITH MY DH. I'M ENJOYING SOME WELL NEEDED ME TIME AND PEACE AND QUIET.LOL TTYL C.C.

Good Morning Spice2621!

Actually the ac tonic gives you a feeling of fullness which makes you eat less. My problem with eating is that I had start eating seconds and drinking so many sodas and not a any water at all. My weight has gone straight to my hips, butts, thighs and legs and I hate it!

My cousins told me about it when she was on the phentermine. She has been off of it for about 2 years and has not gained an ounce back. She lost a total of 72 pounds and feels no need to return to phentermine with the apple cider tonic. She also takes it when she goes to bed so that she won't have any midnight munch attacks. I myself notice that I stop eating before 8:00 and if I feel hungry I grab a glass of water and the hungry is gone.

Good Morning All

Since I started the phen, I have noticed that I have a major problem going to sleep. I have counted sheeps, read a book but I always find myself getting up cleaning, dusting, cleaning the bathrooms, even cleaning out the closet. Sleep comes about 2:30 am or 3 and then I get up at about 5:30 and the day begins again. When will I get a good night's rest? Ironically, I am never tired; not even after I exercise or eat my breakfast.
Before starting the phen and b12, It was always a struggle to get up AND THEN I would get so tired after my exercise and breakfast. Also, the slight headaches for the past two days are there, but just as soon as I take the phen and drink my two 8 ounces of water it goes away.

Two other observation: 1.I am talking too much and I am a
rather reserve person. I can't
believe this for myself

2. urinating every 5 to 10 minutes.
Can you imagine jogging on my trampoline and then I find myself jogging right to the bathroom so all in all, I visit the bathroom about 7 to 8 times for my hour and 15 minutes workout.
