HI everyone i am so sorry i did not make it to everyones journal i have been looking for work all the time lol and still no luck! Ok guys this sounds crazy but yesterday i weighed and i lost 2 pounds that night too after losing 3 the night before see guys that is why when our weightloss stops it is only a test so do not give in okay we gotta be strong. Thanks you 2 for stopping by and leaving me such nice messages it keeps me going and oxynlibra i am sure that you will lose like that to you just have to eat like 1100 -1200 cals that is what i do i have noticed the days that i eat tuna fish i lose more!!!!!THere is this kind that comes in a green pouch chiken of the sea i think it is already drained and very tasty. Well guys i only hope that i lose alot more and good luck to you all

Girl you are rockin!!!!! You have lost a good amount of weight already!!!!! I cant wait to start losing too and KEEP it off!!!!

I cant do the tuna w/out mayo just no can do. But I did 1200 cals and lost 35 pds in about 3 months last time. So I know how to work it.

Misti before you know it you are going to be in the 180s!!! I know you have got to be so excited!! My weekly weigh in is in the morning! Well I just wanted to stop by and check on you and see if you had a new you tube up yet!! hey there thanks guys!!! Well i am giving you all an update lol!!! MY INTERVIEWS I WENT TO ONE YESTERDAY AND I REALLY I HOPE THAT I GET THIS ONE OFFICE JOB 3 MINS FROM HOME!! I AM TRYING TO GET INTO LPN SCHOOL IT IS ONLY ONE YEAR BUT I FOUND OUT I HAVE TO TAKE A NET TEST BY FEBRUARY 6 NOT MUCH TIME! THE SCHOOL STARTS IN SEPTEMBER AND IF I DO NOT GET IN THERE I WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL2010 TOO LONG!!! SO IF NOT I WILL GO AND TAKE MY ACT TEST AND GET INTO THE RN PROGRAM AT TENNESSEE STATE UNIVERSITY ALOT MORE MONEY I WILL GET AID THOUGH I AM HOPING THAT I COULD GET A 24 ON ACT THEN I GET A SCOLARSHIP AND BECOME HIGH PRIORITY!!! SO THAT IS MY LIFE AND PLANS THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE. NOW HEADS UP ON MY WEIGHT LOSS THE FREAKEN ZUMBA VIDEO I GOT YESTERDAY I DID IT ONE TIME 40 MINS YESTERDAY AND I AM DEADDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
