hey there guys sorry i have been tuning up my pc to keep it speedy! Weight loss do not know i will weight tomorrow last time i checked i was at 194 but i am keeping my fingers crossed would be nice to get to the 180 lol and even better the 70 but you have to take it a step at a time. Well as far as my test goes not enough time i would have to do it by tomorrow errrrrrrrr so i have decided to study for my act test and go to Tennessee State University and get my RN degree. i wanted LPN cause RN is a long term deal and i need to be making good bucks as soon as possible but i know that RN is alot more money... I hope that you are all doing good. No Donise i have not heard from anyone i am beggining to think what the hell is wrong they never call back after interview and i always use to get jobs fast what you think girl??? I am going to try to put up a You Tube tomorrow hope it goes well anyways i will be back on here tomorrow going to see you guys forums now and catch up have a great day guys

Woah !!!! 34 lbs in 10 weeks is amazing girlfriend !!! I use to eat plain tuna 1 can 60 calories and 10 crackers = (out to 200 calories) at least once a day in drained spring water and it kept me full since it was mostly protein. Man hope you get a job soon,girl. This economy sucks I'm still looking as well. Sorry I have not bugged you lately but I've been trying to get back on here more and so many ppl to keep up with and not enough of me to go around. LOL xx

Sorry I am just getting back to you! I am on day shift this week and it is kicking my butt!! Have been super busy and had a VERY sick patient!! 9 hrs to go today and then I am off for 5 days and I can not wait!! I think you are definately going the right route with getting your RN. If you can do it, try and get your associates first and then go back and work on your Bachelors. Most place don't pay different for the 2yr and 4yr degree but I have been hearing for years they are going to start pushing for RNs to have their bachelors! If you can go ahead and do your bachelors but if you are going to have to work and go to school I would do your associates.. won't take as long....making the big bucks faster.....and if you go back for your bachelors most hospitals will help pay for school!!! I am going to PM you my email address. I have a myspace and facebook account and even an aol sn for aim but I hardly ever use it!! Ask me what ever you want and I will answer you as best as I can and if I don't know the answer I will see if I can find one for you!

I am so proud of you for doing so great with your life style change!!! I bet when you weigh again you will be in the 180s!! Girl you will probably catch up with me before long if I don't get my butt in gear and start working out!! Hope you have a great weekend and I look forward to hearing from you!!

hey there thanks so much red! An great to see you deetimes i think we have all been busy here lately you know so it is cool. I will go for the two year i will wait for you to pm me red cause i have a question about the nursing.

Okay today i did not weight woke up late lol. I did do my 30 mins of Zumba Rapido and let me tell you i am dead lol. I still have to do my push ups and crunches but i will do that later i hate my freaken stomache it never was a problem till i started losing now everywhere is going small fast except my stomache so i will pump up the ab routines! If you guys have any suggestions about getting a flat stomach i would be more than happy to hear them many you tube got to make one but not much time i will see what i can do. Starting to get tired of going to pointless jo interviews well i hope that you are all having a great day. I will try to be on later

Hey Misty...Keep it up girl!(the weightloss and the job hunting) Both will pay off! Okay I have a GREAT ab routine for you okay.Don't know if I can really describe it but I'll do my best. So you lay flat on your back right, legs together. Lift both legs off the floor about 4 inches...not far AT ALL. Return them back to floor(starting pos.).Repeat. Do as many reps of 10 as you want. Another one really similar is Lift both legs off the floor about 4 inches, but this time lift your right leg about three inches higher(while left is still raised). Return to starting position(which is both legs raised ~4in from ground).Do as many reps as you'd like! Of course alternate Rt leg and Left. Hope that helped girl. I'm gonna go do some right now actually! Well till later...*SMOOCHES*
