Ok so today I am feeling totally out of energy could not sleep last night because I wanted to drink a diet soda too late and with the phen ERRRR I was up all night and did not want to take my melatonin my hubby said that I take too many pills phen and melatonin forget him he is sleeping.I took my phen this morning and my water just ate and I still dont have energy man this sucks I weighed myself today I am now at 209.8 great for that but I think I will be stepping up the calories these next few days I think that that is the problem or maybe the lack of sleep be sure guys and check out the post that says contest if you are interested just reply and post your pics take care

Oh there you are !!! I finally ran across your journal. Yeah not everyone gets all that energy and a small percentage get tired and lethargic instead but, it does not mean it's not working. Calories most definitely may have something to do with it. Some ppl just crash around 3 or 4 because they start to come down especially if they had loads of energy earlier on in the day. Some ppl split their pill and only take half a day so they can sleep better at night and lessen some of the side effects like headaches and such. ppl still have lost only taking half a pill a day for the first week or longer until you start to feel the affects lessen and you build up a tolerance to only half. Some then may add the other half around 12 or 1. Taking this medication to close to 3 oclock can make you stay up for hours. Hope your having a great day !!! Let me know when you do another video. Hmmm, well for starters Squats are awesome for toning and tightening up the bum,Lunges are great also to get that bum in shape both also work the lower body. including the ham strings and thigh muscles. Running,Riding a bike Aerobics also squeezing the butt muscles and those floor exercise's where you lay down on your back and you lift your bum off the floor and you squeeze release,repeat and so forth. Last but, not least is knockin the boots with your man that's probably the best thing right there !!! Not for me after 4 kids,that's the last thing on my mind. Well today is just another day for me I guess. Yesterday I made a kielbasa soup for my hubby and garlic bread.I gave in and ate a bowl,I felt so bad. Then this morning I woke up and weighed as usually and I still weigh 205 great I was worried that kielbasa soup is fatty and then to top it all off i have been eating healthy for so long like to months now without eating foods that are high in fat or that contain oil. It made me so sick i just wanted throw up everywhere but could not. In a way that is good last time a went on a diet and lost 70 pounds the same thing happened to me i quite eating those greasy foods and the moment i started back I got sick. Also yesterday i bought some metamucil fiber powder and it taste nasty but you know that the fiber helps you lose the weight and its great for your heart. Plus the phen has me constipated. Well thats it for today.
Breakfast- Weight waters meal steak and macaroni cheese
