hey guys sorry it has been a while i have not been on here i got really sick and had bad pelvic pain ended up with surgery i had a large ovarian mass i am still under treatment it was abnormal but my cancer test came back good but i have a slightly abnormal papsmear i am getting tested for in 2 weeks i miss you all i was exercising so good then i got sick and i have been off my diet for a while i am planning when i get well to get back on there i have a full bottle of phen that i will have ready i hope you are all well though i am still so weak it has really took a toll on me but i thought i would log i n and let you all know why i have been gone and say hi!! i can not believe you all still come back and check on me it really means alot i will be back soon no worries i can not wait to get back and get to 145 man love you all take care

Hello Misty! I'm sorry to hear about all your "female" issues..but I'm glad to hear you're going fine now! I've had to deal with a few things like that myself, but it was never serious thank GOD! Sorry to hear about the ovarian mass, I also had lots of female issues similiar to that one so I know how ya feel. Get better hunn try to take in protien not to much but some to help with the healing :-) Ill be praying for you hunn.
