Hey missyb30 i believe people may become addicted to anything you have to have self control and use it as long as it is needed to have your health benefits then you have to stop and continue with a healthy life style but yes it can be!!
Jaime hey girl i am doing so well and yes i am ready to lose it all and reach my goal and i did not get bikini bound by june lol but maybe i will change it to bikini bound by august lol!! I see that you are doing so well you have come a long way keep it up!!!!!
Okay here is my update for today! Yesterday i did not make it to the gym man errrr but i did go swim for 30mins yesterday so that counts i guess. I drinked 8 glasses of water though!!!
Today so far i got my cable and fitness tv today and believe me i have already done 35 mins of workouts did bob harper work out level one lunges killed me. Then i did another bikini sculpt for 10 mins man only 10 mins but kills ya!! Then did some ab workouts..
Todays goal:
