WOW Misty I am so sorry! You have been through so much and because I haven't checked up on anyones journals lately, I knew nothing until now. I am so sorry for all that you have been through! I praise the Lord that you are recovering so fast! And I can't believe that you are excersizing already. You are is so many ways, the strongest person I know!!! Keep on keepin on girl!

Hey missyb30 i believe people may become addicted to anything you have to have self control and use it as long as it is needed to have your health benefits then you have to stop and continue with a healthy life style but yes it can be!!

Jaime hey girl i am doing so well and yes i am ready to lose it all and reach my goal and i did not get bikini bound by june lol but maybe i will change it to bikini bound by august lol!! I see that you are doing so well you have come a long way keep it up!!!!!


Okay here is my update for today! Yesterday i did not make it to the gym man errrr but i did go swim for 30mins yesterday so that counts i guess. I drinked 8 glasses of water though!!!


Today so far i got my cable and fitness tv today and believe me i have already done 35 mins of workouts did bob harper work out level one lunges killed me. Then i did another bikini sculpt for 10 mins man only 10 mins but kills ya!! Then did some ab workouts..


Todays goal:

Drink 10o glasses of water

eat healthy!!

Fit tv workouts: Completed 30 mins

swimming today:

Gym tonight treadmeal 30mins:


Next weigh in saturday my goal for this week is:
5 pounds!

So far i started last saturday lost: 3 pounds

2 more to go


starting weight last saturday : 191

todays weight: 188


okay girls i will be back later body is so tired love you all and have a great day!! I think i am already dead lol

Okay girls today was my official 1st weigh in after being back!

Last tuesday- 191

today(tuesday- 187

pounds lost- 4

this weeks goals

get back to 183!!!

Exercise 6 days this week do fit tv bootcamp bob harper 3 days

run on treadmeal 30- 45 mins daily

eat healthy!!!

Focusing point this week- abs, and legs!

Tomorrow i have an interview and i really hope that i get the job i have been out of work since last august and really bored! I miss all you guys and do not know where some of you are but i hope that lele and rnred tiff gets back soon , and to the rest of you i want to wish you a great week i am getting ready to work out now i will post later tonight my food intake, water intake and my fitness workouts for the day bye guys!

I am so glad to see you are back! girl i have been worried about you! did you get that pm i sent you with my number? if not let me know and i will resend it but you should text or call me sometimes! but I am not really sure where everyone has been lately! I am not sure if it's because of the summer or what but i have missed talking to everyone! but I am really really proud of you misty you are such a strong young lady, it seems like no matter what you go through you still remain strong a lot of people wouldnt have the drive to continue on after most of the things you have been through within the last couple of months so kuddos to you my friend! and you are off to a great start so far girl i know you will be back at 183 in no time! keep up the good work

okay here is my mid day update-

breakfast weightwatcher meal- sirloin steak and mac and cheese ( i know lol but i hate breakfast food)

workout for a.m- 45 mins on treadmeal - 2.25 miles
15 mins of strength training!

after workout meal- a peanut butter fiber one bar, and a whole can of tuna (plain yucky but protein!!)

next plan- today before 4pm- 30 day shred with jillian michaels workout day 1!!

tonight- back to the gym with my man to do 15 mins of treadmeal or 10 running this time as much as i can that is, then more strength training

okay girls be back later!!!

hey Misty.. i plan on doing the day 1 SHRED tonite too! have u ever done it? I just bought it this wknd and am gonna try and do some sort of exercise everyday for the next 30 days.

yes i have done it i have exercise tv on demand trough comcast cable and it really works you once you get done you will feel so much better i tend to exercise so much that i wake up soar most mornings if that happens to you take a warm shower in the morning first thing when you wake up and you will be good again let me know how you like it and it really works your legs, and arms well really everything well gotta go researching now how to go on a cheap low carb diet lol i need to switch i have been on weight watcher meals for the whole loss but so many people lose faster on low carb so i am going to give it a try i just think it will be expensive i really hope that it will not be too bad by the time i cook for my boyfriend which is far from low carb buy all his food and my food i end up with a 110 bill for food weekly and as i am planning this low carb i think it will be like 140 gotta do some more thinking cause tonight i am going shopping well girl ttyl and good luck let me know how you like it
