hey girls i had a great weekend and thanks well lets see tomorrow is my official weigh in i hope to be back to 183 and well lets see i bought a 5 pound medicine ball talking about a great ab workout and arms!!!
my diet is consisting of eggs, cheese, salsa, brocoli, grilled chicken!
i am now running 1 mile a day some walking too, and using my medicine ball!!
Well that is about it i will try to do me another you tube video update today or tomorrow!
