hi lele yes the medicine ball actually i go on you tube it comes with a dvd when you get it at walmart but i go on you tube and watch exercises and do arms one day , legs, then abs! You will love it! I also need to get some dumbells like you said they are good too! You are doing great lele i am worried though you know last time i could not get past the 183 i know it sounds crazy but the day i wake up and it says 182 i will be happy lol it is like a big wall for me!!! DID YOU HAVE ANY CERTAIN NUMBER OF POUNDS THAT WAS HARD FOR YOU TO GET PAST?

hey there thanks, the thing is this low carb thing after a week of eating eggs, chicken, steak, butter, sour cream, salsa, it is all so unhealthy.

I am starting to feel the effects of this high cholesterol dieting and lowered energy but we will see how it goes you know! But we have to stay strong and i will be happy when i make and happy for everyone on here that keeps going! Have a great day!

Okay here is my update!

This morning still 183 err! But i feel a little sick of eating this high fat low carb diet and soo low on energy tomorrow i am going to the store and thinking maybe i should start back a low fat diet i mean i feel my heart valves plugging from all the cholesterol lol i mean i feel like crap!!! I just think i would be better off eating steamed veggies and grilled, chicken,breast! Maybe i just need to get rid of the eggs and eat tuna fish in the am , grilled chicken and fish! Who knows

has anyone else felt like this on a low carb diet?

Yesterday i worked out 2-3 times 3 i think but i feel so low on energy!!! Well girls gotta go have a great day to you all!

The only low carb diet that i have tried was the Atkins and i never made it past a week to a week in a half on it! because i would always get tired of eating the same thing over and over!!!!!! BACCON AND EGGS!!!(LOL) and all the meat i wanted but yes i was very low in energy when i was on that type of diet!! Just go back to your low fat diet it's healthier for you! you get your protein and veggies and everything else you need Well good luck and don't worry you will be out of the 180's in no time!

I kinda agree w/lele... maybe try south beach.. its lower carb but low fat.. so u still eat your lean protein, with whole wheat rice, pasta, bread etc and lots of veggies.

You know what.. at the end of the day you've done great, you've lost 47pds so u did something right... what were u eating before? give us a sample.

Hey there girls thanks but i made a good choice i go so bad on energy i could not even work out and ended up gaining i think from not working out i felt like crap so i decided thursday when i bought food i am sticking with low fat thursday immediately when i started eating carbs i felt so high on energy i did not even take my phen that day really it is a bad diet, very boring, and you feel so unhealthy!!

I am trying the special k diet, man i was so constipated lol from the low carb the special k really done the trick lol! I am now going to eat special k breakfast and lunch some days oatmeal then i am going to eat grilled chicken and salad for dinner and tuna fish and for a snack a fiber one bar! I think this will work out bc i feel so good and ready to work out i mean i thought i was on my death bed even woke up in cold sweats from all the unhealthy food i was eating i bet my blood pressure was up!

I do not care if my doctor said to eat low carb with the phen i lost 45 pounds eating low fat and that is what i intend to do the important thing is to find the right diet for yourself that makes you feel good and stick to it!!!

Lele what do you eat i was just wondering? I always wonder about what you guys eat! Well have a great day tuesday is my weigh in i really want to get down to 182 anything but 183 so i am going to work out like a mad woman! Cause this morning scale said 184 or 185 man i was 183 see what not exercising does for us all!!!
