hey there lele! hope you are having a great day, and i guess we all gained 1 pound but the important thing is we are right back on track and that is what is takes! Persistence!!!

todays weigh in- 184.4
okay so now my
diet is this
2 packs of flavored instant oatmeal yeah i know not the best with the sugar but oh well i hate regular
lunch- grilled chicken breast or tuna!
dinner- 2 packs of oatmeal
okay so i am ready to work my butt off and trust me i really mean it!!
yesterday i did not get to run, but i did do bob from biggest loser bootcamp level 1 and 2! From on demand ( exercise tv!
todays plans for workout: run one mile or at least a 1/2 mile!
do some more lunges, squats, and back leg lifts
do some arm exercises with the medicine ball
do some ab workouts with medicine ball
I do not know why i hate training my abs!!!
ladies this is going to sound crazy but i have been doing leg lunges like 3 days a week for 30 days or one month and talking about toning your legs i am seriuos in only 30 days .
ALSO I FOUND A WAY TO GET A GREAT BUT YOU GET FAST RESULTS!!OKAY DO THESE
LAY IN FLOOR IN POSITION LIKE YOU ARE GOING TO DO CRUNCHES LEGS ABOUT ONE FOOT APART, KNEES IN CRUNCH POSITION YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN,
NOW LIFT YOUR BUTT UP AND DOWN DO NOT LET IT TOUCH THE FLOOR! THEN TRY LIFTING ONE LEG THEN THE OTHER WHILE LIFTING BUT!!! WORKS LIKE A CHARM
THE OTHER YOU CAN DO THIS WHILE WATCHING TV, COMPUTER OR WHATEVER
SIMPLY SQUEEZE THE BUTT MUSCLES, AND HOLD THEM FOR LIKE 30 SECONDS OR AS LONG AS YOU CAN REALLY TRYING TO CONTRACT THEM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!
I TRY TO DO THIS AT NIGHT WHEN I LAY DOWN TO GO TO SLEEP OR ANY TIME OF DAY BUT TRY TO ASSOCIATE WITH AN ACTIVITY THAT YOU DO DAILY LIKE PHEN FORUM SO YOU DO NOT FORGET!!

NOW I ALSO STARTED TODAY TO DRINK BLUEBEBERRY TEA IT IS CAFFIENE FREE I THINK IT WILL BE VERY GOOD AND HELP BOOST METABOLISM WE WILL SEE I AM HAVING 2 CUPS DAILY FOR THE NEXT WEEK TO SEE IF IT HELPS!!!
