Well have a great day tuesday is my weigh in i really want to get down to 182 anything but 183 so i am going to work out like a mad woman! Cause this morning scale said 184 or 185 man i was 183 see what not exercising does for us all!!!


Misty I am glad you decided to go back to your low fat diet that is much better for you than the low carb diet. and as far as your weight don't worry our weight goes up and down all day long! All that matters is your number on your weight in day but as far as eating i normally eat the same thing for breakfast every day which is maple brown sugar oatmeal with one slice of the pepperridge farm cinnamon swirl bread which is very yummie it only has 80calories in it! sometimes i may eat a fiberone bar with it..... 2hours after breakfast i normally eat a snack which will be something like a fruit cup or yoplait yogurt or even just a piece of fuit or a jello pudding.and lunch will be leftovers from the previous night which will consist of some type of baked or grilled meat and a veggie if i forget to bring lunch i normally go to subway and grab the ovenroasted chicken breast sandwich and around 3 i will have another snack which will consist of one of the items i listed above and i drink plenty of water throughout the day.

breakfast special k

snack - yoplait yogert

dinner - grilled chicken and veggies


snack- fiber one and some tuna salad



today

breakfast - oatmeal maple and brown sugar lol

snack - yoplait yogert


well yes i feel much better now and i have to say that maybe the scales are not moving but i have been doing some strength training so maybe that would explain it you know! I think i am going to stop weighing in and only weigh in on my weigh in day bc yes when the scale goes down everyday it motivates me but when it does not go down it makes me feel like i want to give up lol so i will do what you said i hope that you are having a great 4th of july!! bye girl

You are so right i have tried to do better as far as constantly checking my weight(LOL) i would check it in the morning when i first woke up and in the evenings before and after my workouts!!!! Which was insane because all through out the day it would vary anywhere from 1-2lbs up or down! and it would really make me mad! so i have been trying to do better with constantly checking the scale and just remember even if you don't drop lbs on the scale you may be losing inches or even gaining muscle! well take care and have a happy 4th

yeah girl you got that right lol the 4th i went to tgi fridays and ate like a horse woke up 1 pound fatter! i feel so bad that i can not get out of the 180s everytime i eat i feel like maybe i should just stop eating! i really need to get one of those measures so i can see if i am losing inches! well have a great weekend!

yeah i guess you are right it was the 4th of july lol thank god it was only 1 pound!


okay well tomorrow is my weigh in not sure how that will go but keeping my fingers crossed!


yesterday i managed to run a whole mile on the treadmill i cannot believe i actually ran a whole mile do not think i have done that my whole life not even as a child!!! it felt great i had to really push myself but the thing i hate about running it makes you so hungry lol i could have downed a whole dinner buffet! I sweat like never before in my life! today i plan on going back to the gym and attempting to run another mile we will see how that goes and as far as my food i am on an oatmeal kick kinda funny that is all i want!!!


well have a great day girls i am still looking for work!

WOW! girl a whole mile! that is great! I have never attempted to run a mile without stopping and probably would pass out if i even attempted(LOL) but i went up a lb as well girl over the weekend don't feel bad. like you said it was only 1pound so i don't really feel so bad about it. but you know the closer we get to our goal the harder it's getting i was stuck in the 80's for a month or so and have been stuck in the 70's for what seems like forever! i think we are both like 30lbs or so away from our goals which is better any day than where we started out from! oh and about the oatmeal, I am oh so in love with maple brown sugar i eat it every morning

hey there lele! hope you are having a great day, and i guess we all gained 1 pound but the important thing is we are right back on track and that is what is takes! Persistence!!!

okay so tuesdays weigh in!!

185 ( told ya i gained)

todays weigh in- 184.4


okay so now my diet is this


2 packs of flavored instant oatmeal yeah i know not the best with the sugar but oh well i hate regular


lunch- grilled chicken breast or tuna!


dinner- 2 packs of oatmeal


okay so i am ready to work my butt off and trust me i really mean it!!

yesterday i did not get to run, but i did do bob from biggest loser bootcamp level 1 and 2! From on demand ( exercise tv!


todays plans for workout: run one mile or at least a 1/2 mile!

do some more lunges, squats, and back leg lifts

do some arm exercises with the medicine ball

do some ab workouts with medicine ball


I do not know why i hate training my abs!!!



ladies this is going to sound crazy but i have been doing leg lunges like 3 days a week for 30 days or one month and talking about toning your legs i am seriuos in only 30 days .


ALSO I FOUND A WAY TO GET A GREAT BUT YOU GET FAST RESULTS!!OKAY DO THESE


LAY IN FLOOR IN POSITION LIKE YOU ARE GOING TO DO CRUNCHES LEGS ABOUT ONE FOOT APART, KNEES IN CRUNCH POSITION YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN,

NOW LIFT YOUR BUTT UP AND DOWN DO NOT LET IT TOUCH THE FLOOR! THEN TRY LIFTING ONE LEG THEN THE OTHER WHILE LIFTING BUT!!! WORKS LIKE A CHARM


THE OTHER YOU CAN DO THIS WHILE WATCHING TV, COMPUTER OR WHATEVER

SIMPLY SQUEEZE THE BUTT MUSCLES, AND HOLD THEM FOR LIKE 30 SECONDS OR AS LONG AS YOU CAN REALLY TRYING TO CONTRACT THEM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!


I TRY TO DO THIS AT NIGHT WHEN I LAY DOWN TO GO TO SLEEP OR ANY TIME OF DAY BUT TRY TO ASSOCIATE WITH AN ACTIVITY THAT YOU DO DAILY LIKE PHEN FORUM SO YOU DO NOT FORGET!!

LOL WATCH OUT JENNIFER LOPEZ!!


NOW I ALSO STARTED TODAY TO DRINK BLUEBEBERRY TEA IT IS CAFFIENE FREE I THINK IT WILL BE VERY GOOD AND HELP BOOST METABOLISM WE WILL SEE I AM HAVING 2 CUPS DAILY FOR THE NEXT WEEK TO SEE IF IT HELPS!!!
