ok, So I know it has been forever since i have posted and updated! I will do that in a little bit but, through through this whole thing I have one area I need help in. late night snacking. I do great during the day. However at night It seems I just can't do it. I get this hunger that kills me and thats when i can't controle my self. Anyone have any idea's or tips on what to eat or how to curve that craving? I feel as though i have tried everything. I know it is not because i'm hungry because I do eat during the day. I am really reaching for help here. If i cant get past this last obstical I am not sure I will ever make it to thin again. lol. thanks for your thoughts.

Yes i have some tips and here they are
eat alot of fiber around 25-35 grams daily
metamucil helps get up intake
at night when you eat do this eat only protein
like a grilled chicken breast,tuna,fish
try a glass of skim milk before bed
this is what i do when i have that problem
also try drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily
