OOOO....daily plate? Do you just put in what you ate and they calculate the calories for you? If so...that is where I will be all day...lol. Keep it up girl! Till later..*SMOOCHES*

SO Easy!!
My total yesterday was 1235.
I am trying to keep it at about 1200.

Hey Bird... thanks for the daily plate tip. I'm just not into looking everything up either.
Sounds like you're on your way to success! Like someone else said, I've never heard of Bontril. I'm taking Phentramin-d; ordered off the internet. My doctor said he won't prescribe weight-loss meds (military doc-I just retired from military). Doggone it!

QZ, I just got new insurance, and this doc was recommended a friend of my husband. His wife took this and it worked well for her. As far as I know she did not really do anything except add the Bontril...but since this is my one shot at this, I am going FULL SPEED AHEAD..and amping up my workout and counting EVERY morsel!!

Hi Bird, Sorry I didn't post for the last view days... you sent me to that livestrong... my plate website and I've been hooked. I hope the weight loss is going good. I'm off the phentramin-d I ordered on the internet... don't trust it after a major migraine/headache attack at 3:30am this morn (more written in my journal). I just called my medical dept and made an appt to request a referral. we'll see. Have a great week!!
