I am ready, I am ready, I am ready! My whole life has revolved around food, I need to stop this cycle! I got married and had my first child at 19...dropped the baby weight right away, or so I thought, it came back within a few months, except this time, NO baby. I had 4 kids within 7 years, stayed at home to do everything with my kids, including eat. My mother passed on very poor eating habits, and I passed them on to my kids. My husband has always loved me for me, but I know he wanted me to loose weight, but would never dream of saying it. So I went fron 150 lbs to 236 lbs. WOW, did I really weight that much? Then SURPRISE! Baby #5 was on the way, if I am 236 now, what will I get to being pregnant? Luckily I had a horrible pregnancy, and was sick ALL THE TIME, I dropped 20lbs by the time I gave birth. Well now it is 4 months later, and I lost some more on my own (with help from breastfeeding & gall bladder problems). Now it is ALL up to me, and that is who I am doing this for, ME!! I will appreciate all the support I can get, I dont have much of it at home, hubby decided he likes me fat, and kids dont understand! I am excited to start my journey to a new me...well the same me, just healthier and in new clothes

YOU GO GIRL!! You sound so excited and I think that is awesome! What all are you doing to help you lose the weight? LOL you probably won't need to get any exercise since you have what 4 or did I see 5 babies to run after!! You found the perfect site for inspiration and encouragement! well, its really good to know that 'you are ready'!
well, now is the time... you just start with a normal walk in the morning and after one week start a little jog. try to shift your diet to 1500 calories a day, and stay in touch...we all can do wonders for you if you follow!
