Hey girl!! 7lbs is not bad at all!! Just think about it.....it took you along time to put the weight on so it shouldn't fall off fast and it is also better to lose it slower. They say that if you lose the weight slowly you are more likely to keep it off!! So don't stress! I bet your hair is going to look beautiful!! Don't you just love getting your hair done!! I am getting mine cut next week!! Hang in their hun you really are doing great! Good Luck!

Hi...I just read through your journal and it sounds like you are doing GREAT. Keep up the good work.

Did your doctor change your prescription for you since the 15mg wasn't working for you anymore? My doctor started me off on the 37.5 tabs and i just break them in half and work up to taking a whole one. This is my 3rd time on these. And since I've been off of them for almost a year, the half is working GREAT. I hope it stays that way for a while. Cause I did build up a tolerance the last few times.

Anyway.....Keep up the good work. Your journal is definitely good motivation.

ugh the doctor never called me back today I am so upset
I am going to give them until about noon tomorrow to call me and if I dont hear from them I will give them a call.

keep your fingers crossed for me that they increase the dose for me.

Happy 2nd birthday to my baby girl Alyssa!!!

wow cant believe she is already 2!!!

we are going to take her to the park and to mcd's for lunch today

then when Brandon gets home from school we are going to take the kids to chuck e cheese!
