I cant stay away from the scale lol ( this time to see good news ) all the other times I knew it was going to be bad lost another 1.4lbs so now down 4.4lbs in 2 days

lol!! and I just started that time of the month today and usually during that and a few days before i gain lots of weight!!!!!!!!! go us!!!

Donise, the livestrong.com website tracks your food and exercise... stuff you never thought burned calories like making your bed, folding clothes, and doing dishes. It searches whatever food you ate by name brand and saves it, so if you eat the same thing everyday, you just click on it. I just got done entering my breakfast for this morning and the WII machine I played last night (I entered bowling for 20 mins & golf with a cart for 20 mins). Enjoy! Have a great day.

I weigh myself everyday. It helps me stay on track, even if the loss is only .4 oz. Some people weigh once a week, or even once a month, but not me (the scale is calling my name too!) Isn't it nice to see the scale go down so quickly? Keep it up!

I will probably get on the scale every morning for the 1st week then after that maybe every 3 or 4 days lol

so far today 804 calories before dinner
5 bottles of water ( 16.9oz each )
no exercise today

@ 9:40 breakfast
bowl of honey bunches of oats
and a bottle of water

@ 10:40
another bottle of water

@ 11: 45
a banana
another bottle of water

@ 1:15 lunch
turkey sandwich
( 2 slices of white bread )
10 white corn chips
bottle of water

@ 4:30
15 red grapes
bottle of water

hey donise, just stopping by to say hi. i broke down and got on the scale too. i jumped off phentramin-d today (see my journal). just making me feel funky... i don't trust it any more. great job on the 4.4!
