I had a really good day today
drank 6 bottles of water 16.9oz ( 101.4 oz of water woot )
I had a good 1hour 20min workout at the gym today and ate really good!

I had company over this afternoon so just now being able to get on the computer.

Sounds like you are doing great...keep up the good work.
Going to the Gym,working out with others and posting in here helps me allot.Keeps me going and gives me the extra push.You are doing the same so you 2 will get the same attitude.You will grow so much as a person, just believe in your self and never give up.

I missed the gym today b/c I had a friend in town but going again tomorrow.

one thing i need to work on is having smaller dinner portions I am good during the day tho.
but I have stopped all after dinner snacks

gotta take 1 step at a time

I am doing GREAT with all the water intake 101.4oz of water everyday since I started Phen ( or really really close to that )

I am doing GREAT with eating better! just gotta start eating a smaller dinner portion

I have STOPPED eating before 7:00 and no snacking at all after dinner ( well no unhealthy snacks at all since starting phen )

my only problem is finding time to go to the gym once I am at the gym I have a great workout but hubby's work schedule has been so crazy and all over the place its hard to get into a good routine but I am determined to work on that next week.

I am going to weigh in on Friday wish me luck I am hoping for atleast 6lbs weight loss

took about a 20min walk tonight with the kids! it was a beautiful evening and the kids loved being outside!!!

I have 2 kids Brandon is 6 and Alyssa will be 2 at the end of Feb!

I am also going to start taking Dee's advice and walk in place for 3mins jog for 30seconds on the days that I cant make it to the gym!!! * its better then sitting on my but in front of the computer *

1st week weigh in I weigh 236.4 this morning
so 5.4lbs lost in 1st week!

( Next week I am going to keep up the eating and water and exercise more )
