I am doing GREAT with all the water intake 101.4oz of water everyday since I started Phen ( or really really close to that )
I am doing GREAT with eating better! just gotta start eating a smaller dinner portion
I have STOPPED eating before 7:00 and no snacking at all after dinner ( well no unhealthy snacks at all since starting phen )
my only problem is finding time to go to the gym once I am at the gym I have a great workout but hubby's work schedule has been so crazy and all over the place its hard to get into a good routine but I am determined to work on that next week.
I am going to weigh in on Friday wish me luck I am hoping for atleast 6lbs weight loss
